I had a great experience with Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains! Our plumber (Todd) was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about the issue, which I really appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. Professional, honest, and reliable—highly recommend!

Quick response for Emergency Service. Water heater was leaking from top and bottom
. 13 year old water heater. Jake made sure it was safe and turned it off. Installed new one next morning . Very Knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaned up and removed old Heater.Paul Bunyan Plumbing, LLC

I’ve been a Paul Bunyan , Blue Ox customer for over 20 years… had a problem in the Guest Bath, Dmitri is a wonderful employee who fixed the guest bath… I’m serious… if you need anything, plumbing, water heater heat a/c… this company does it all!

Mike the plumber did excellent work. He explained the options and costs clearly as well as answered all of my questions. We got a new water heater , toilet, and repairs to drains and toilets. Jason was a super plumber. He found problems with the old installation and did a superlative job in replacing my water heater. When he finished he explained to both me and my adjacent neighbor who has discovered seepage in his unit exactly what had caused the problem and how the new installation corrected it. Paul Bunyan Plumbing was deceitful and overpriced. I simply needed a toilet installed. They had a local number and when I called they said they could send somebody out the following week. However the only amount they quote was a fee for the "house call"; they said the price for installation would depend on factors determined by the plumber. No problem I thought, as I had been quoted $200 from another local plumber. Also, I was disposing of the old toilet myself, and had the new toilet out of box and waiting for installation. The plumber was great. No concerns with the service. BUT the price was $700. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for a toilet installation NOT INCLUDING the cost of the toilet. The plumber showed me on his iPad the pricing options, so I knew I misled when I called for the appointment and told the quote was not available over the phone. Also the plumber told me he travelled two hours each way to get to me. So I have to imagine they added that cost into my quote. I sent feedback but never got a reply. I will be sending this to the State Attorney General if not corrected. **** Bunyan exhibited deceptive business practices and hidden fees. If I had known their prices were 3x higher the average, I wouldn't have had them come out. But they were going to charge me over $100 for the service call if I declined service. ******** business practice.Paul Bunyan Plumbing, LLC

I have received a call from Sergio at Paul Bunyan. He was very courteous and offered a more complete explanation of the situation and offered a resolution.
