      I have ordered multiple times through Fun and everything has been fantastic. Their pricing, shipping cost, and shipping time is very reasonable and their product selection is vast.
      As someone that uses products like theirs, I will definitely be using them again and again!

      I've never had any issues receiving my orders from this company. They have a lot of exclusives that are cute, I just don't see anything else like them. The shipping was reasonable, though it can take a little longer than some other places, so try to plan ahead if you want your item super quickly. Overall, I would gladly order from them again.

      I can’t say enough good things about this site. Their attention to detail, from secure packaging to excellent customer communication, really stands out. The discounts they offer are just the cherry on top. I’ve recommended this site to my friends, and they’ve loved it too!

      Fun.com/HalloweenCostumes.com is an amazing site, I’ve order several times from them and the items shipped very quickly and securely. Also they have very reasonable prices and discount prices quite often. I’ve gotten Funko Pops and figures from them but their selection of Halloween costumes is fantastic. Next fall I’ll definitely be checking out their stock.

      Do not ever order with them.
      Ordered a costume, it was damaged upon arrival. They sent me a new one, but that one was damaged too. I sent both back for refund. It takes them 8 weeks to process. Then they started charging me for returns on BOTH defective orders, AND charged me restocking fees TWICE. Ended up costing 70 USD for two orders they messed up and I returned. Impossible to get hold of anyone.

      I order a costume on November 14th and, it was suppose to be here here on the 22nd and never came. The status still say order being processed. Horrible.

      I highly recommend consumers look elsewhere for Halloween costumes! On September 22nd, I ordered a 4 T dog costume and was sent a 2T Spider-Man costume. I did not ask for a Spider-Man costume and this company sent it to me by mistake. It was an extreme inconvenience as it was not what I ordered and I was forced to contact the company to again ask for a 4 T dog costume. At that time, the costumer service rep told me I would be sent a return label to send back the Spider-Man costume, however, I was never sent anything. Several weeks passed by and I still had yet to receive anything. Yesterday, I received an email saying if I do not send it back within the next few days, I will be charged for the product. I was sent a link to print out a return label, but that would mean I would need to go somewhere to print and pay for packing to send back something I never ordered in the first place. Additionally, the local post office is only open during normal business, and I also work during those business hours. This company is not only asking me to go out of my way to send back a product I was sent by mistake, but I must pay for packing and printing to send it back? According to the Federal Trade Commission, a consumer is not legally obligated to pay for an unordered product like they are threatening. I will no longer be shopping their to avoid situations like these in the future since they are incapable of putting the correct costume in the box and taking accountability of their mistake. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

      Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a costume for my son. I specifically payed almost $20 for shipping to fast track it and get by Halloween (when placing the order it said delivery by October 26th) it didn't come until November 5th. When I emailed saying I wanted a refund and I was not happy with the situation they didn't respond for almost a week. When they did eventually they respond they basically said whoops we took so long to reply because of an influx of emails. Because it's been so long were going to close the file. Never have I had such a horrible online shopping experience and TERRIBLE customer service.

      I purchased a Christmas inflatable in September to put up this November. Well, today, I opened the box to find that the adapter is missing. I called the company and they were not helpful at all. And said they I should have opened it in September because I only had 14 days to return. Not okay. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

      I ordered a costume online received an order confirmation and four minutes later, messaged them and asked to cancel it. They did not respond for Several days and said that “oops” they had already shipped the product. Then they refused to do anything about it and I would sit in a queue for between 30 minutes and one hour to reach someone only to have the call disconnected before someone would answer the phone. Very poor customer service. Now they’re saying that they have to charge me for the shipping costs Of the product because that’s their policy when it comes to a return and I’m telling them this was never a return. This was a cancellation. It was their mistake for for sending it out. The item was shipped by FedEx and was returned refused delivery. They are very difficult to deal with and something that people should understand when they are ordering. For the two other costumes that I did receive, I will complement them for the quality of the costumes, but for their customer service I give them one star very poor
