      I was incredibly shocked at how well this was made. It's incredibly soft and comfortable. The design is great. And the image on the blanket isn't distorted at all! High quality work and amazing memories.

      I ordered a costume dress for Halloween. Dress was way too big so I was unable to wear it. I emailed and got a return label and instructions on shipping it back. They received my item on Nov 14, 2022. I called several times asking where my refund was. Was on hold for almost an hour each time. Finally got a partial refund on Dec 12, 2022. I called to ask why I didn't get a full refund and was told there was an 18% restocking fee. No one told me this. I could have sold the dress on **** and gotten my full amount back. WARNING! Do not do business with this company! You will get screwed!!

      The costumes were fine but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't respond to emails and if you try calling you spend over an hour on hold. I just want my money back for a returned item.

      Ordered 3 H34303337323531****33H on October10,2022 at a cost of $296.82. Invoice states will receive in **** business days . On October 24 someone from company finally answered and indicates H34303337323531****33H will arrive by October 26, 2022. Costumes DID NOT arrive that day and DID NOT arrive on October 31, 2022. We had to purchase H34303337323531****33H local to ** last minute since needed for Halloween Activities . I want a full refund and was # ** caller and after long wait told I would have to file a claim with ***** Halloween Costumes should be able to see the tracking and know they lied about shipping our order on time to receive by Halloween. They should not punish their customers for their own shipping problems . If H34303337323531****33H arrive late I will send them back but it is not fair not to issue my refund immediately because I purchased believing my order would be fulfilled ON TIME and it was not .

      The costume I received was exactly as advertised. It was very well made and I received a ton of compliments! Customer service was also outstanding. I will definitely buy all my costumes from them in the future!

      I would never recommend this site. This was my first time ordering a costume from them. I ordered a girls mouse costume for my daughter a couple weeks before her school event. I paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure it came in plenty of time. It came one day before the event and when we opened her costume we discovered my daughter had received a ******* bunny nurse costume instead of her child sized mouse costume. I reached out to customer support several times and it took several days for them to finally respond to me. I am highly disappointed and hope no one else has this terrible experience. Once I spoke with customer support they tried to make me pay for international shipping to return the item they incorrectly sent me, even though I am not international.

      I just read some of the reviews on here and I've been buying costumes from Halloweencostumes.com for several years now and I've never had an issue with them. I love dressing up so I have experience with costumes and I am satisfied with the quality of theirs. Some are better than others but overall good quality considering you're not paying several hundred dollars for one costume (which I have done at Renaissance Festivals). I am satisfied with them.
