      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Luckily I ordered through a 3rd Party app so I was able to get my money back. I placed an order and added 2 day expedited shipping. My order was suppose to arrive yesterday. I have nothing! The day before yesterday, I saw my order pending on their website yesterday the order was not there. The website is just a place to gather your information. Once you sign up, its impossible to sign in. You get an error message to verify you email but they never send a verification email. (I tried this with multiple emails) they are just stealing your info. The only way I could sign in was through ********* Even the 15% off when you sign up never worked! Its all a scam. I called their number for customer service and it said they were closed I called during business hours! I was getting emails like 5 or 6 times in one day trying to get me to buy now it has all of sudden just stopped! Please please, dont waste your time with this business. The costumes cost way too much anyway! Really surprised not many have caught on. There is some reviews on here that have similar stories you can also see things people have shared on ******** about some of their experiences with the company.

      This is my 2nd year ordering from this company (2 purchases and 1 rental) and I couldn't be happier with my experiences. This year I wore the Deluxe Kansas Girl costume dress to two costume contests and rode my horse twice in it (total of 4 hours riding). I got it really dirty and it came through the wash just like new! I am short waisted so I shortened the front and back straps so I didn't look too small in it. It has a really nice full skirt, lots of layers. I had a little extra room in the waist which was nice but the cuffs at the sleeves were very snug but I do have very muscular arms. I got so many compliments and really enjoyed being ******* this year. I'm getting my list together for our Christmas parade costumes order!

      I placed an order for 2 costumes for my hubby and I on Monday 10/24/2022 and even paid extra to receive my order in 2 days. Today, 4 days later (Friday 10/28/2022) my order is still processing. I needed this order for a party Im hosting tomorrow. I tried calling customer service and no matter what time of day I call, an automated message says that I have called outside of their business hours. They must never be open M-F during normal business hours. Waste of time and money.. I am furious!!

      I have recently purchased two Halloween costumes from Halloween Costumes.com from my 8 year old son and my 3 year old daughter. They costumes came within the timeframe specified when I was placing my order. The costumes were well made and really cute. Both my kids were extremely happy with how they look and we cant wait to go trick or treating with them this Halloween.

      I had called to ask when I would receive this as I had ordered 5 business days in advance. They said it had not shipped yet and was worried it would not arrive in time. After some discussion, the representative credited me back the shipping and expedited it to me. Received today, the kids are happy.

      We orders a pug headband set for Halloween. It arrived quickly, the website is easy to use and the set was excellent quality, not "cheap" looking. Would definitely order from this site in the future.

      The costume is exactly as described! Originally I received the completely wrong order (wrong costume and size) but I reached out to customer service and they immediately sped out the right costume. Will be buying from this company again!

      I ordered a costume from here and assumed the quality would be pretty ****, but I was pleasantly surprised! It ran a bit small so I had to order a size up, but the quality was decent and the costume itself was flattering and fun. It also arrived several days earlier than promised. Customer support was SO nice when I needed to reorder the different costume size. I'd recommend this place, for sure.

      Excellent experience purchasing costumes! Very well-made. We purchased costumes for the entire family after receiving my husband's costume because we loved it so much. I wouldn't purchase from any other sire. Fair price for quality product!
