      Terrible business practices. Over selling costumes that they dont even have. I ordered a pair of costumes and only 1 came because the other was over sold. Now I need to return the one I cant use, pay for both ways of shipping and an 18% restocking fee for a costume I cant even use. Stick to spirit!

      DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Made an order on October 1st. Never recieved shipping info so I contacted the merchant on October 21st. Apparently they oversold one item and refused to send a partial order. Mind you I had to wait for over 2 hours on hold to speak to someone. They canceled my order without my consent or notification and told me to re order everything AND pay for faster shipping. Also after our order original order everything had s*** ** in price over 50%! Terrible absolutely abysmal buisness model and they should all be out of business.

      I ordered two costumes based on the size charts provided on their website. One came with a jacket that was supposed to be a men's xs but was actually a children's xs. They charge an 18% restocking fee on returns which is ridiculous when the sizes don't match the measurements THEY PROVIDE.

      They stood by their product. I ordered a adult Candy Cane costume in large and was surprised when I opened the box to find a medium sized Garfield outfit. i contacted customer service and they immediately sent me the correct costume, with rapid delivery, even before I sent back the incorrect shipment. That's doing the right think by their customers.

      I'm currently on a 1 hour and 45 minute long wait to speak to customer service on the phone about a costume I never received. It was supposed to come in the mail **************************** September for a Halloween party this Saturday on October 22nd. I HAD paid for expedited shipping too. Don't know what happened with that....To be continued...
