      If you want a costume in timely manner than please look somewhere else. I paid for expedited shipping and had been waiting almost month for my kids Halloween costumes. I reached out two times and both times was told something was out of stock and they would send the rest out but they never did. Poor communication-- cannot recommend. I never write reviews but feel I need to help others not make my mistake!

      Fantastic, 1920-30’s debutante costume. High end fabric quality. Material is soft and durable. Authentic sizing and style. Quick delivery. I was the hit of the party!

      We have made several purchases from HalloweenCostumes.com. The costumes are high quality and highly recommend. We’ve had some shipping issues on our decorations ordered. They were slow to ship but once contacted they expedited the shipping. There were some shipping issues. We received Pom poms instead of a fog machine that was also rectified. I am still waiting to hear back how my Clown go Round will be rectified since it snapped from its base after 2 weeks. Our Grim reaper only had one working eye but I’ve had so much contact with the company at this point, I’m not going to mention it to them. So with all that said- The product is 4-5 stars. Customer Service is a 4. Shipping is a 2.

      I have ordered here for four years and won’t go back! I love Halloweencostumes.com so much I’ll just remain loyal. I reviewed on google BUT forgot to mention how quick they are to deliver their orders! I got mine a week early. Every costume has a size chart that helps you choose the right size so you don’t end up with the wrong size. I love their variety of costumes too!

      I ordered 2 costumes from HalloweenCostumes.com - plus a wig accessory. My order was delivered on time as promised, and the quality and value were terrific. I ordered the swinger suit for my husband, and it was more than I had anticipated in terms of quality. We did take it to the cleaners to get the packaging wrinkles out, and to add a crease to the trouser portion, and it looks perfect for the event we are attending! I got the Caribbean woman pirate costume for myself, and it fit very well. The size guides on the website were accurate which was a BIG plus for me. I am still trying to figure out how to manage the hat that came with the pirate costume - but I am overall VERY pleased with my purchase, ease of purchase, and delivery time. Thank you halloweencustumes.com for making my first time "dressing up" in 30 years a very good experience.

      I don't normally do this; however, I'm going to this time. In addition, if I could pick "0" stars, that's what I'd give them...a big fat 0.
      This company has more excuses than they have costumes. I placed an "Expedited Order and paid for overnight shipping" on 10/09/2022. As of today, 10/14/2022 I still don't have my order. It's easy now to see that they have serious problems because each of the 5 times I've called, the que for a customer service agent is over 100 people and the phone hold time to get to speak to a CSR is on average 1 hr 20 min. The only information I'm ever given is "we made changes to our warehouse and they aren't working out for us. Your order will go out today (sounds a bit like the check is in the mail)." Seriously? What kind of management makes changes to their warehousing during their PEAK season? If you choose to order from this company do so MONTHS in advance and certainly NOT in October when you need a costume; otherwise, you will be sorely disappointed. Have plenty of time and battery charge to wait it out. I personally, will not use them again.

      Let me order, charged my card, said it would be here yesterday. When I go to track it, it says it's still processing. Finally through chat on their website they say the costumes are "unavailable". No communication, no knowing if or when they will be avaliable. If they are not there, don't give the option to buy it!!
      This is why you buy costumes in store. Sham of a company.
