      Tried to purchase a costume for my son. Because his was a popular size they marked the price up $30-35 with no willingness to come down. I had a first time shopper 20% off and they told me I could use that to help offset. They are a private owned business so they can do what they want obviously. I just think it's a crappy way to do business. $80 instead of $45 for a 5 year olds costume.

      I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service I received at Halloweencostumes.com. I needed to make an exchange, and the representative was quick to make it happen. She was very friendly and professional. I got my exchange shortly after I placed it. Now my son is ready for Halloween!
