      I ordered the costumes for my kids before I read all the negative reviews...I was a bit worry after I read the negative reviews but decided to wait and see. I received the costumes about a week after I placed the order. The quality is good. Same costume but cheaper than Amazon.I am really glad I gave this site a chance!!

      I would give negative 100 if I could. Charged full price for pre-order, expected late September. Got notification it would arrive mid November. Then, all accessories I ordered arrived. Used wig, broken purse, nasty sandals. Unacceptable. Now they want to charge a 18 percent restock fee, when they sent used damaged goods. Let alone the representative mistook me for another customer and wanted to discount an already purchased item for a ******* bunny costume. Trash. In my opinion, never order from this site. Unethical to the ****

      I've used Halloween Costumes several times and they're great! Even with delivery to ********* the items arrive on time, in perfect condition. They have a large range and are good quality. **************** is excellent. I'll continue to use Halloween Costumes and highly recommend them.

      The costumes are amazing, mine fits great. Being 5'8 and 158lbs, I have often struggled with getting the right size, as in most places costumes for men tend to be one size fits all..which I've never been able to understand how one size can fit well for someone who's anywhere from 5'6-6ft. They have a variety of sizes and when I accidentally ordered the wrong one, they were very helpful and the customer service agent was very friendly, even though the mistake had been on my part.

      I ordered 2 costumes on Friday Sept 16th at around 11:45 central time. Got a confirmation email foe the order. 2 days later, September 18th placed an order (a SUNDAY) for another costume at 12:30 central time. I Got a confirmation email. 8 hours later, got an email that this order had been shipped.I called the company about my first order with 2 costumes. Was told that it takes "a while" to locate things in their warehouse. I waited 4 days. Chatted with a rep on their site In a chat box today. The order still hasn't shipped. They show that the items are In stock but can't say when they will be shipping them. They don't seem to care. They have no explanation as to why an order placed on a Sunday got shipped out that same day but the order placed on the Friday prior has yet to be "picked" and shipped. ******, the chat representative was not helpful and didn't understand my concern as to why this still hasn't shipped.

      I recently ordered a Jurassic park loungefly mini backpack from Fun.com. I'm very happy with my purchase. I've never ordered from this site before and was a bit ***** cause I've had issues in the past with fake sites. I'm so glad I took a chance. I'm greatful fun.com offers payment plans so anyone on a budget can have something nice. Thanks again for a great product and pleasant experience.

      I love Halloween Costumes. I ordered 5 skeletons on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday! They were perfect, and as promised! I ordered through **** who was effective, efficient, funny, and informative! She advised that if they didn't measure up to my standards, I could return them. RETURN THEM???? I'm going to order 5 more!

      I recently had an excellent experience with Fun.com. I ordered a fairly expensive exclusive collectible from them (the lifesize Ghostbusters Slimer). Check out was easy, shipping was quick and customer service wasn't needed, but was a pleasure because they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. The item arrived in perfect condition and surpasses the quality I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly purchase again from Fun.com/Halloweencostumes.com myself!
