      I refinanced my vehicle, it was a bit of a process but Dan & James were both prompt and patient. The process was easy, and moved very quickly. I just received word that the transfer is complete and my old loan is now paid off. My monthly payments are somewhat cheaper but my warranty is better than before. Everyone did a great job. Thank you Auto Approve.

      It was my first time refinancing a car, it was easy and fast. I will be saving on the interest rate and and my car payment is half of what I was paying. I I am very happy with the results. Also, the customer service is mazing.

      I was approved to re-finance my auto loan. Since I did not submit my documents immediately, my loan was cancelled. I inquired about it and it was re-instated. There was a lot of pressure about the service contract and I mentioned more than once that I carry gap on my auto insurance, but the quote was never re-done without either of these. After a week, I inquired about the loan again and the guy told me the holiday had put them behind. Then I got a notice that my loan was cancelled again, once the process was almost done. I inquired AGAIN, because they obviously have communication issues. The person I was working with, D. Tran, told me that they required a $1500 down payment. This was a re-finance, not an initial loan. This company has good reviews. I don't know anything about them, but this review is for D. Tran. Poor communication and you don't listen to your customer.
