1 starThey lie to you! My old balance did not match my new balance with them, it was 3 thousand more. I been trying to reach out to them but don’t hear anything from them. William ****** is the one that did all my paper work & didn’t do what he said he promised me. Bad costumer service from him.

I have nothing but great and spectacular reviews for the company and my agent ***************************! Everything from fast communication, comprehension of the process and an overall friendly and helpful attitude towards everything. ******* was spot on with every detail and concerned to help get this process approved. There was no question that he did not give me great service for and I thank Auto Approve for all the emails , phone calls and excellent customer service. I would gladly recommend this company and agents.
