Started well, but do to disorganization and slow process they cost me several hundred dollars. Hard to contact after initial process and was even called a LIAR when requested paperwork I never received. I did get a better finance, but do to extra expensive to me directly I'll only save half what it should have been. Can not in good faith recommend this company!!!

5 starsAuto Approve is an easy way to lower your car payment. You work through the application entirely online and over the phone, just making a couple of decisions among the options that come up. I used my computer, cell phone, and a printer/scanner for doing a signed document. Overall an easy process without having to contact the original loan company. Way better than trying to do this yourself.
Maybe there’s a little too much automated email and text communication amounting to some redundancy, but it’s in the interest of keeping things moving without delay. Better that, than waiting and wondering what’s happening.
I ended up with the same term loan again with a different credit union (after a year into paying the original loan) and a lower interest rate, getting me a 28% reduction in my payment.Review fromHugh H
