  Fraud. Zachary **** and Gabrielle ******** committed fraud. I told them both not to move forward on my behalf and they waited a few minutes before closing on the last day and pushed my loan forward so they can get paid. Do not work with auto approve. They said the loan would close in two weeks, I only heard from them if I reached out. Anytime paperwork was needed they would wait days later before letting me know. In the end I had a late payment for the first time, And a random email a month later saying my loan was closed without my consent.

  So my first concern was when I originally was told I was approved for a loan with Gap insurance. I get an email with documents to sign. Well, it wasn’t me, I received someone else’s loan information. After questioning, I was assured personal information was safe, ironic I had someone else’s information. Regardless now I’m informed I have a better loan offer because I underreported my income. So okay let’s move forward. Eight days later no interaction. I’m sorry it doesn’t take 8 days to process a loan. So I call, text, call again, then call the company multiple times to request a supervisor or my loan person. No response, yet during the process he was Johnny on the spot. I question this company. No documents signed thankfully.

  The whole process was easy and Rodrigo helped me going through the whole process. He is always helpful and honest explaining everything to me

  Dealing with auto approve was a horrific experience, first of all they have off shore representatives who they are hard to understand when speaking to them. Then the loan was approved and I received a email and text stating to contact them which I did and I never spoke to anyone and leaving voice messages 3 for consecutive business days. When I called the main number and told them the problem and asked to speak with a supervisor they keep telling me that that same person who I was unable to contact will contact me I told them no I want to speak with a supervisor they kept putting me on hold repeating the same scenario as if it was scripted. I finally told them to cancel my application and not to contact me again. This all appeared to be a scam I don’t think they are legit and an investigation needs to be done.
