    We are currently building a home in the Highland Ridge Lennar development in Delano, MN. The process so far has been great, and Alan ****** has been right there with us along the way. He has provided timely updates and a weekly email to review what was done over the last week. The best part, the numerous photos to show us the visual progress as we live an hour away from our new home. Would recommend Lennar homes and working with Alan to friends and family.

    It took us two years to decide to purchase our Lennar home. We visited the development every few months to see what new lots were available. ************************* was so patient with us, giving us the time we needed each visit. When it came time to purchase, she was with us every step of the way, making our home buying experience a pleasant one with no unexpected surprises.

    My boyfriend and I just closed on our Lennar home and we had a great experience. Robbie was our representative for Lennar and she was so easy to work with, very understanding and very quick to respond. She would send us pictures weekly on what the house looked like and emails on what would be going on with the house that week. Made the house buying experience more interactive and fun. Would definitely be recommending Lennar to anyone building!

    We absolutely love our Lennar home!
    Maggie was superb on the purchase and very patient with all our questions. Dave, our construction manager, is absolutely the best! Lennar is very fortunate to have both of them.
    We appreciate the follow-up support after we closed on our house - outstanding!!

    I am a Realtor, and my experience working with Stephanie, Steve and Eric @Avonlea had been awesome. My buyers are happy and really appreciate the communication and follow ups from them during different stages of construction. They also made sure that my emails/questions are acknowledged and answered as well.

    Stephanie clearly explains the upgrades and other things that go into their homes to the buyers and Eric and Steve helps them understand the building process throughout the construction process during meetings. Overall, my experience as a selling agent with Lennar has been
    great !

    I live in this community and built our home with Lennar four years back. So, I have the experience of a buyer as well :)

    Stephanie was the agent then too, and I would reiterate the same words for her regarding my experience working with her as a buyer. I had lot of questions and she made sure that all of it were answered and all my doubts cleared. Our construction manager was Steve Pettit, and he made sure that all our concerns were taken care of even after closing :)
    The entire team is awesome !!
    Overall, my experience as a selling agent as well as a buyer with Lennar has been great and wonderful !

    We love our new Lennar home!! We worked with Melanie and could not have asked for a better experience. Melanie was so incredibly helpful, always timely and easily accessible. In addition, Melanie sent fun updates and pictures through every step of the process. This was our first home buying experience and she made it so much fun. Melanie also played a huge part in getting us into our current home after deciding to transfer from a different house we were building. I know this required a significant amount of work on her end but it got us into a house sooner than initially planned which was great news for us. While we are thrilled to be in our home, we will absolutely miss working with Melanie and getting to see her!

    Just moved into our new Lennar home at Summers Landing in Cottage Grove and it was a great experience. Robbie was very communicable as well as the construction manager Adam. The whole team was very responsive with any issues we had and we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you for building our dream home!
