Bought a 2022 ZForce 950HO EX. Love it. An absolute beast. Also have 2 CForce 600's a regular and touring. Great machines. Never had any issues with any of them. Looking at getting the **** in the spring. Much better then the old Polaris I had.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Although my nightmare and experience stems from CF Moto's distributor/supplier MotDis in ******, *******, I believe this is a systemic issue that transcends regions or individual markets. While shopping around to locate the motorcycle of interest, I came across Solo Motos (a CF Moto "authorized" dealer in *********************). I was told by the owner, ******************* *************************, that I would have to "reserve" the motorcycle with a $1000 deposit. After transferring the $1000 deposit to his account, ***** increased the price he had originally quoted by $600. At this point I decided not to proceed and asked for a full refund of my deposit. This business kept 30% of my deposit as a penalty for canceling the sale, even though it was due to the owner increasing the price upon receipt of my deposit. This business took almost 2 months to return $700 of my $1000 deposit and has yet to give me a receipt or accounting of the $300 that I was charged. After that ordeal I eventually found a trustworthy dealer who placed my order after paying the full amount for the motorcycle and original panniers, including the top case, only to have the delivery delayed and when it was received, it was the wrong motorcycle and no panniers or top case. MotDis (CF Moto distributor in *******) will not respond to resolve this issue, nor will they issue a refund. CF Moto ***** does not seem to have any oversight of their distributors, dealers, suppliers, or retailer's to prevent them from utilizing various unfavorable and questionable business practices. I've reached out to CF Moto ***** with no success. I've also reached out to CF Moto *** hoping that they may have a global point of contact willing to intervene. Once again, although I'm fully aware that the BBB has no jurisdiction abroad, I felt it necessary to state the facts about how the ******** CFMoto ************ brand conducts itself as a business.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

1 starCan never get a solid answer to my questions other than to ask the dealership that cannot give me a solid answer as well. Bought my Zforce950 May 2021 Less than 300 miles on the machine and the head gasket goes out causing coolant to mix in the oil. February 8th 2022 took the machine to my local dealership *************** in **.Took weeks to file a warranty claim . After being told the claim was already started, CFMOTO confirmed that was a lie when I called checking up on the claim week after week. All Warranty parts shipped April 21st from manufacture for repair and were delivered within 5 business days.May 19th was told it should be back together within a week.June 23rd and now they are waiting for parts.July called the dealership to check on the machine. Was told it was all together and was going through a testing that weekend and it would be ready the following week as long as everything checked out. Following week was told they found an oil leak and had to order a new seal or gasket and would call when they got the machine fixed. Later july got the call that the machine was ready for pickup. Upon pickup I noticed my back windshield was not installed and the straps were missing. Was informed that the guy that worked on the machine was on vacation and thats why parts was missing. ****** took the machine on my first right since getting it back. 5mins into the ride oil pressure light started flashing and smoke starting pouring out the intakes, attempted to get the sxs back to my trailer but machine cut off before making it back and had to get towed back to my truck. Because the started broke so could not crank it again. Took the machine back to srs to hopefully get the problem fixed and they said the bad starter was the cause for the oil pressure light. Replaced the starter and the oil pressure light still flashe September 26th finally got a day off work to take the machine to the dealership I bought it at 3 hours away.Review fromJerry L

1 starI HAVE A ZFORCE 950 2021 IT BEEN TO THE THE DEALER 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN 8 MONTHS. ONCE FOR THE BRAKES AND TWICE FOR OVERHEATING. THE SIDE BY SIDE IS STILL OVERHEATING GOING TO THE ***** BAR ON THE METER MAKING ME TO TURN IT OFF TO COOL DOWN. THEN THE DEALER IS TRYING TO CHARGE FOR A REPAIR THAT WAS NEVER FIX. CF MOTO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF IT PRODUCT. I TRIED TO CALL CF MOTO AND ONE COULD HELP ARE TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE ZFORCE 950. I PURCHASED $15000.OO RUN HOT GO CART. If youd let me give it a zero I would! We bought a CF Moto 500 and within the first week everything started breaking the cluster broke everything broke then it quit working altogether I got it from Southland Powersports in *******************. I called them because it shouldve been under warranty and they told me not to bring it back to bring it to the finance company that I am paying which wouldnt help me at all! So after years of trying to get them to fix it now that the warranty is no good I took it in it took them about a month and calling me $700 saying that the wiring harness was no good on the lemon because it is a lemon They left a message on my machine its been a month later now after that and now they said $850 and some odd cents which is not what they quoted me to begin with! This vehicle ATV is a lemon it does not do what it should do everything breaks theres no reason for any of this it makes no sense to buy something brand new to only have a break before youve had it for even a month and then to have the dealer refuse to take it and fix it until the warranty wears out I am so disappointing and Im angry because I still have to pay on this every single month for a lemon its only gonna break againCFMOTO Powersports Inc

This unit is a CFORCE 600, not a 500 as mentioned in the review. The dealer has only the current repair in their system. No other repairs have been sought through this dealer. As 2019 model year, the unit is well out of it's one year warranty period. It's unfortunate that it had the need for a repair, but it is no longer covered. The dealer has completed the repair and the unit is ready for pickup whenever is convenient for the customer. There is no reason why a dealer would have referred you to the finance company for a repair so I'm afraid there must have been some sort of miscommunication that occurred. Only CFMOTO dealers can complete repairs so no one would be recommending it be taken elsewhere.Patricia L.

You are correct and I am wrong it is a cforce 600.Its my C4 600 that you left out in the rain room the monitor, putting the wiring harness didnt hook up all the wires didnt have the Brain bolted down the monitor was full of water and it screams and ice and a video of it I have the video I would love very much to send it to a lot of other people because telling me now that it is the clutch is utterly ridiculous that makes no sense because its not even running and you can see that in the picture and its just sitting there screaming and then to act like you guys never told me when I called when it was under warranty and I hadnt even had it six months and it broke down to take it to the finance company not to bring it back there thats exactly what you did. I talk to the finance company about it I was really upset I told him this is ridiculous Im paying on what seems to be Defective.Im paying on a vehicle I cant even ride when we pointed out that the monitor was full of water and not working we were told that it was their bad and they would fix it and it wouldnt cost us anything when I called to try and find out if my vehicle was ready the guy had to the cats to ask me did I want to pay for that monitor why am I gonna pay for something that I didnt do I didnt leave it out in the rain never leave it out in the rain it is stored inside a building and then hes going to tell me its the clutch thats screaming and that makes no sense Im sorry that makes no sense all I want is my vehicle fixed properly it doesnt make any sense for me to pay all this money not just for the vehicle but now for the repairs it shouldve been fixed when I complained when it wasnt even six months old it doesnt make any sense what is going on with this CF model 600 makes no sense at all! You right I havent bought any of your products . Nor will I cause of the statements posted by ppl the have bought one and the lack of cfmoto too fix the problems with them
