I recently bought a 2018 z force 800 trail. It had 300 miles on it. Our first trip out the steering went out causing my daughter and her friend to crash and roll the machine. After looking at the cause a piece in the metal casting in the steering mechanism failed and broke but guess what since its not the 12 month warranty cf moto doesnt care to do anything. Luckily my daughter and her friend didnt suffer any major injuries but I would never buy a cf moto again.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

If the *** could be provided from the vehicle, that would help us to understand this vehicle's history. The first owner of the vehicle may have damaged the vehicle while they owned it. We do not have a history of these units with broken steering components. The unit is 4 years out of the warranty period so the denial of warranty coverage is standard for any manufacturer.Review fromRotella M

I purchased two CF MOTO 600 Touring. They are described as comfortable and reliable. On Day 3 of ownership my red one caught fire while my son and I were riding. I PULLED into my Garage and saw fire blazing next to my knees. The brake line was burning. I rush indoors with my son and grab some baking soda to extinguish the fire. It only gets larger. Next, I try a towel. The fire barbeques my towel!Last chance before I have to call the fire department because the fire is still going strong and the vehicle is parked in my *********** get out the fire extinguisher and the fire is smolders for about 10 minutes. Return the vehicle to the dealership for service after this traumatic event only to be told the fire started because I drove with the parking break on. Which is impossible. When applying the parking break the vehicle does not move. It can not be driven. The parking break or break lines are defective.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

We are sorry to hear about your situation. When both brakes show this issue at the same time, it is an indication that the vehicle was being driven with the brakes at least partially applied. This is not a manufacturer defect and is not covered by warranty.Review fromPatrick N

2021 Cfmoto CForce ************************************************ where I wanted to go. At **** mikes and a little over 100 hours the rear differential is toast along with the clutch bearing. To repair this and replace the belt is $3000. A 20 month old machine with a repair bill just under what the dealer I purchased it from said it was worth. That's a bit ridiculous. I have not modified the unit with oversized tires or anything that could cause this type of problem. It has never been under water or used as a submarine. No mudding either. I have done maintenance as scheduled.Neither CFMOTO or the dealer want to do anything to help with the repairs. I have not asked for it to be replaced, just a bit of help with parts or something. They are not willing to help at all. They are within their rights as it is outside the warranty period but the machine has not been misused or failed to be maintained. You would think they would offer some help to someone in this situation.Due to their lack of concern about a customer in this situation I can not recommend a Cfmoto to anyone. Even they don't think a 20 month old machine is worth the cost to fix. That tells you how little even they think of their products. Please save yourself some trouble and steer clear of CFMOTO if you want a unit that lasts.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

It is unfortunate that this customer has experienced trouble with their CFMOTO product. The unit is well beyond the 12-month warranty period and is not eligible for coverage. CFMOTO stands behind our product with a 12-month warranty which is two times longer than what most of our competitors offer for a warranty period. We would advise the customer to discuss the best path forward for repair with their local dealer.Review fromMax P

I bought a 2022 ** Moto Cforce 500 back in January of 2023. I paid extra for extended warranties . My first problem was the fuse box and fuses were not tightened down properly and was causing the machine to shut off randomly. Then the first time I use my winch I find the cable for the winch was never installed properly and now I have to pay out of my own pocket to have it fixed. I called the ** moto company and got nothing as far as a good answer. They had me pay an extra 400 dollars for extended warranties for what ? They don't take care of their customers and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. First responders use these machines in the field. What happens if one would have needed the winch and it resulted in a death? Would they have good customer service then? Doubtful. Just beware of this c*** company. From me to you as a concerned person.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Hello, An initial search was not able to find a CFORCE500 unit registered under either *** or *******. If you purchased your product in January 2023, any manufacturer's defect would be covered under the warranty at any CFMOTO dealer. Your extended warranty would go into effect after the end of the regular warranty. If the issues you saw were found to be due to mis-use or abuse, those would not be covered. If you submit your Vehicle Identification Number, that *** help ** find your unit and determine what happened.Review fromR. K.

Purchased a cforce 500s 2 months ago and while driving the bolts holding the drive shaft to the differential started coming loose and cracked the differential housing. CF **** refuses to pay for a replacement under warranty saying it was from misuse. I told them that the bolts came loose and the repeatedly said that it was not going to be covered. Every question that I asked the answer from them was it will not be covered. We started taking the bolts out and found no lock tight on bolts to hold them in while riding. I feel there needs to be a recall for this issue.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Regarding the warranty claim that was denied. During the dealer's inspection and diagnostic process, the unit showed indications of misuse/abuse that were not caused by a manufacturer defect. With that being the case, the claim was appropriately denied. The unit can certainly be repaired at the dealership at regular dealer prices.R. K.

CF Moto refuses to listen to us when we say that the bolts came loose only 2 of the 4 bolts were still in the differential. The 2 that were missing were not broken off they worked loose and fell off. If it would have been misuse in the way they claim those bolts would have been broken off in the housing.Review fromShawn M

4 of 5 stars simply because its not perfect.. there are some design flaws Ive got 2015 Z8 EX I ride all sorts of trails in ***** including ****** muddy, deep mud, rail beds and work around the house The air filter and cvt intake are in stupid places and to be ideal need to have a snorkel kit installed aside from that issues Ive had: brakes, wheel bearings, bushings I think thats it.. wear and tear items.. h*** Im still on the original belt at 2k miles Its not a $20k machine it will never compare to a $20k machine, but at a budget it will get you out and its been ***************CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Hey yall just giving all of yall a warning about the CFMOTO out there. I Had bought a CFMOTO uforce ****xl on June 11th and barely used the piece of junk and now its at the shop with a bad motor and its still under warranty and they wont do anything to fix and Im not very happy with them aint buying nothing from CFMOTOs anymore asked them to help us to put in a new motor and theyre like we cant help u because u didnt do your maintenance right and thats not true I changed everything on the machine on time and did exactly what they recommended. Its been in the shop 3 or 4 times in 1 months time and when I took it in they claimed it was the belt and it wasnt nothing to do with the belt it was that the motor was going bad. And to be honest that my CFMOTO hardly saw any mud it was only on the road driving around tell me that it was my fault?! The truth is CFMOTO JUNK. If the CFMOTO company would have offered us another one while we wait on mine to get fixed I would have lefted a better review but no they dont even care about it. So Ill definitely be buying a Kawasaki, or a Can-Am.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

It's unfortunate that your U1000 XL has needed work. After reviewing the records from this warranty claim, the claim was denied due to dirt ingestion. Dirt ingestion caused by a dirty air filter is not a covered warranty item. Your local CFMOTO dealer can best assist you with returning your XL to full working order.K. S.

If it was just dirt in the motor why is there shavings in the bottom of the motor and why in the world would it take 5k to fix a motor. If it was dirt that got into a motor the only thing that would have messed it up wouldve been the piston rings. So its definitely a piece of junk motor and on the other side of the problem is that whoever built the machine didnt know where to put the air intake because where its located in its definitely a dust collector. If yall dont take care of the problem well be posting things about the cfmotos on ******* and well definitely warn people of it if its not been taken care of. If its under warranty it should be taken care of by the company every time its under warranty everyone trys to find an excuse to not be cover under warranty and thats not an honest business. Sorry just telling everyone the truth. I treat people like I wanna be treated put that to practice yall.Review fromLaura S

Bought a 2022 CFORCE 600 at ********************** in ********* ****. I followed the instructions regarding the break in period and plan to do oil changes as recommended in the owner's manual, which is crucial, given that some do not follow these important guidelines at all given the comments prior to mine. I take this machine through the creek, in the *****, through mud, sand, freshly cut corn fields and relatively anywhere I desire to go. Might I mention my husband's 2021 ***** Rubicon stranded him in the *****, not my CFORCE600. I have not had any issues with my machine and am at times stopped by neighbors or friends asking where I obtained such a beautiful aesthetically pleasing machine with a multitude of accessories that I can say came standard, not purchased separately. I am proud to tell them it's a CFMOTO and they should give it a try as well. In fact, I am fascinated these machines are manufactured in one flagship operation in *****, allowing them to price their product significantly lower than competitors WITH accessories already installed. CFMOTO sheds the "made in *****" stigma and is surging into the market at an unbelievable rate. I chose to research CFMOTO for a school marketing project and am impressed with how they market, care about their consumers and set themselves apart from competitors. If only I could reach their marketing team, I may have a more well-rounded finished project to turn in. CFMOTO, you are doing great things, and I am impressed by your machines. It won't be long before you are crushing the competition.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

I recently bought a 2022 UForce XL. So far, very impressed. I've owned two CF Moto four wheelers in the past and they were both excellent machines. In fact, out of all the brands I have/have had, CF Moto is the most reliable. I've read some of the other reviews and they seem to be people that know nothing about ATVs or UTVs. Perhaps they shouldn't own one. Others are complaining about a dealership. CF Moto can't monitor every day at every dealership. These are reliable vehicles with quality fit and finish. Do your own research before buying but these are comparable to any brand for much less money.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Up and coming new brand that cannot b overlooked. I have taken this through rocks, mud, and sand with no problem. This is in ****** **. Country is rough out here and I am very surprised and would take cf moto any day over Polaris. You cant go ***** to the wall in this machine, but is very comfortable and safe. And just as fast with great suspension. Check this out you will not b disappointed. Break the engine in with half throttle and change oil at *************** new your good to go.
