Brandon did an amazing job! Our Samsung Dishwasher was not cleaning properly. The sprayer arms were no longer working on any cycle. Brandon knew right away what the problem was and got the parts ordered immediately. By the end of the week, he had my dishwasher working like new again. They instantly and expertly diagnosed and repaired my trash compactor and saved me $1,800 on a new one. The repair cost less than what Lowe's would have charged to deliver a new compactor. Omega's technician, Hyrum, was just fantastic. He professionally introduced himself, got straight to work, and figured out immediately what part he needed. He left for about 10 minutes to pick up the part and was back in a flash. He carefully replaced the broken gear on my 8-year old trash compactor, quickly reassembled the unit, and it worked like a charm. It was back up in running in less than an hour. Well done Hyrum! I cannot say enough good things about this company. They made it easy to schedule, they were on time, and they were professional. Best of all they fixed what was broken. We were very happy with Phillip who came out to diagnose why our dishwasher was not heating up. It was found that the thermostat needed to be reset, caused by calcium buildup. He gave us things that we could do so not to have this happen again, very helpful.Omega Force Appliance Repair

My Kenmore front loading washer (~20 yr old) was giving intermittent error codes for poor draining and suds. After checking that the drain hose was clear, I called for service. Philip came out and did a thorough assessment and confirmed the need for a new drain pump. After it was installed, the washer worked well for 2 loads and then the codes reappeared. The next call to Omega resulted in a video chat within 1 hr where a service person had be go through diagnostics online and determined a new sensor was needed. Philip came out to install the sensor but was reluctant to do so if it wasn't needed. He performed an additional assessment and concluded that it was a drain problem. The washer was draining into the plumbing under the sink via a dishwasher connection. He got excellent draining from the washer if it drained directly into the sink. I appreciated the conservative approach and agreed to have the sink drain assessed. Sadly, that didn't solve the problem. Philip returned again but was not convinced of the need for a sensor, so took another look. There was a 12" tubing connection between the washer hose and the sink drain that had not been checked. When that was disconnected, a plastic golf ball marker dropped out: the perfect size and weight to account for an intermittent drain clog. I give Philip high praise for his integrity and problem solving. Golfers, make sure you empty your pockets! Omega force did not charge me for any service calls after the first diagnostic as the work fell under their 30-day warranty.Omega Force Appliance Repair

Frustrating! I contacted Omega Force thru their website. I was going to call, but noticed "Service calls are scheduled first-come first-serve, and appointments made here on the web site get top priority!" Well heck, I wanted top priority as my dryer was on the fritz. So I completed the online request for service. I was impressed I could select the date that worked well for me. I selected a day 4 days out. I sent the request on Monday. On Thursday, I received a call from Jenny saying she didn't have me down for an appointment. I mentioned I selected Friday on the website. She says they're "overbooked" for Friday and "nothing is scheduled until the diagnostic fee is paid". I would have been happy to pay the fee, but the website says: "If you’re scheduling online, we’ll call you to verify the appointment time and collect the trip and diagnostic fee via credit card." I've wasted 3 days with this and could have had another reliable company scheduled instead.Omega Force Appliance Repair

We make every effort to reach out quickly to secure these requested appointment times before they are booked. We received your request through our online scheduling tool after-hours on Monday at 6:17PM. One of our customer service representatives reached out to you on Tuesday at 9:28AM via text message and voicemail. We did not receive a call back to confirm your appointment time, so we reached out again on Thursday at 3:24PM via voicemail. We received your return call on Thursday at 3:31, but as we were unable to reach you earlier to confirm your appointment, your originally requested appointment slot had been filled. From the start this company handled our inquiry and repair with amazing customer service. The preliminary phone call explaining the issue was immediately recognized and offered a few solutions. An appointment was scheduled which also resulted in text notifications for time slots, tracking of the service provider and a 15 minute notification for arrival. (and it was accurate!). Adam, arrived and immediately assessed the situation offering up a few solutions. After 20 minutes he eliminated an issue with our dryer and felt is was more a venting issue. He state he didn't have the appropriate equipment to do that day, but wanted to come back the next morning at 7:00 to complete the repair. "I don't want you to have to wait, and I can squeeze it into my schedule". We won't charge you for another appointment. Again, we were notified by text of arrival and Adam arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was in and out within 25 minutes and we have a working dryer! What a relief - excellent service from this company!Omega Force Appliance Repair

Techs did their job but damaged our tile floor beneath/behind the fridge. When we reached out to Omega, the company basically said…”you can’t prove it was us…your tile was probably installed wrong.” They cracked/damaged our flooring and instead of owning up to it, blamed it on someone else.
