Delton was knowledgeable, professionsl, courteous and explained what was wrong and how he fixed the issue in a way I understood.He also went the extra mile and corrected a water intake problem. Have definitely place Omega Force at the top of my appliance repair list

Omega Force Appliance Repair is our go to place for appliance repair. We know they will arrive promptly, assess the problem, fix it, keep us informed of their findings, and charge a fair price. As we have come to expect from Omega Force, Phil was a complete professional. He explained the tests he was running, gave me some trouble shooting tips should the problem happen again, was courteous, and explained things thoroughly and clearly. This was a really great experience. The service was easy to schedule, the technician was on time and efficient. I felt like he was really honest with me which is nice. I don’t know anything about appliances so I sometimes worry that I’ll get up-sold on things- not the case at all. Also, after my visit my washer was acting funny. I called back and they helped me reset it over the phone and it’s back to normal. Great, reliable service.Omega Force Appliance Repair

**** was fantastic! Explained what he was testing while doing it and then fixing the problems. No you might think about a new ovenwe have a program etc that Ive experienced elsewhere. Cant say enough good things!!Omega Force Appliance Repair

This should be a 5++ star review because the tech was EXCELLENT and the communication seemed great. BUT Omega actually lied about when a part arrived from the manufacturer (proven by delivery status from manufacturer). Though Omega sent texts every week stating they were waiting for the part and they have not forgotten about us - the part was actually delivered and Omega actually sat on the part for over 3 weeks while our resident was becoming more angry. This is unacceptable - not being truthful. If a tech was not available - then say that. Don't blame the manufacturer who did everything in their power - and confirmed when the part arrived. Hello; This is **** with Omega Force. I apologize for the headache you experienced. Your appliance was a brand that we do not deal with very often. We called the manufacturer to let them know we were not able to acquire a part for your machine. They first told us that the part was not available and we would have it in 1-2 months. They then called us back and told us they were going to ship the part to you. We were expecting you to call us when you received the part. They actually shipped the part to us without any information on the part and we inadvertently didn't keep track of the part very well. We did not lie about anything, we are guilty of miscommunication with the manufacturer. We did not intentionally book you out for a few weeks. We are never booked out for more than 2 days. I again apologize for the headache we caused you.
