Joe and The Team did an absolutely wonderful job in helping me find my new home. I have never worked with a new home builder before and they did a great job working with the builder rep and taking a lot of responsibility off of me to get this accomplished. I very highly recommend.

There is something special about walking through the doors of a newly built home! Joe and his team at Progressive Lending were just fantastic to work with. They did a great job of walking us through not only the loan but also the entire process of buying our home. If I had any questions on anything from putting in offers to what prices on comparable homes in the area etc. they were always there to answer questions. Huge props to their team. Progressive Lending made our home buying process so easy! Whenever we had a question it was answered almost immediately and in a professional manner. I always felt as if our (girlfriend and I) personal best interest was the top priority, not making a sale or a transaction going through for their business's sake. The rates we were given beat many other local banks. No question, I will reach out to Progressive Lending again if I am in the need of buying another home or property. Working with progressive amazing experience, They made the entire home buying Process easy and enjoyable. My wife and I were always Being updated on the status of our loan and the progress of our purchase. The progressive lending staff were all amazing to work with and very polite and eager to help us out. I would recommend progressive lending to anyone buying a home.
