Extremely upset that after what I'm paying my windows and doors for my entire house they we're ordered wrong and put off a bunch of other work due to windows needing to be installed first like siding and solar panels all because of wrong windows being ordered. All they attempted to do was not charge me for the color change which was their fault or have them install the ones I didn't want I'm not upset about product but more over about how their mess up has inconvenienced me and costed me money and time!

Ive been waiting 36 days for Andersen to finish the job. Wrong window sill.And now they didnt show up today as promised to finish the job. I was promised a perfect experience which is why I paid their prices, not so much.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

Well attempted to have this company come out for an estimate for my duplex. From the beginning, they were advised it was a “duplex” with eleven windows on each unit for a total of twenty-two windows. I scheduled the appointment, made arrangements for my tenants to be home and altered my work schedule so I could attend the job walk thru. A couple days later, the company telephoned me and asked some questions to clarify the information that had already been provided. They informed me that since it was two separate residences, they would have to schedule two separate appointments which seemed pretty silly as the duplex’s are attached to each other and it was made perfectly clear at the time I scheduled the appointment. After putting me on hold for a while, they resolved the issue and agreed to measure both units on the same appointment. The day before the scheduled appointment, the company calls me back and asks the same questions all over again and they tell me they can’t make the appointment and requested to reschedule for another date. Seriously it’s apparent the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. If this is the way this company conducts business, it’s probably better to just find a different window company as they appear to be pretty flakey!Renewal by Andersen, LLC

1 starIn April, 2023 we ordered 4 large windows for replacement from Renewal by Andersen at $15,300. In July, 2023 the fibrex windows were delivered. On delivery, 3 of 4 windows were defective with foreign material between the layers of glass. Arrangements were made to replace the defective windows which were delivered in September; on delivery 1 of 3 windows was again defective in the same way. The final window was installed in November.
Renewal by Anderson sold our contract to a financing company and the one year interest free feature of the sale started immediately despite our having to wait from April to November for delivery of quality windows. In my opinion, we paid a premium price for a premium product and received neither a good price or quality product. I repeatedly received a run around from managers when expressing my concerns which were eventually completely ignored. Attempts to find an advocate in the Andersen window hierarchy were impossible and left a bad feeling for the entire fiasco.Review fromDaniel C
