I just want to say, Thank you Anderson Windows!! We purchased our west facing windows in 2018 with the tint and with the extreme heat and humidity we’ve been having in Missouri, August 2023, we have not had to turn down the ac at all. Our Anderson windows have proven the cost of them was worth it, hands down. Savings on electric and gas is crazy wonderful! Just wanted to let other know this is the best purchase and investment you can make in your home. 5 years later after purchase and still so satisfied. I never write reviews but these windows are the best.

I purchased these windows one year this month and every day the commercial comes on tv l get mad the tv advertisement states their windows don’t have condensation WELL that’s not true my windows on the front have condensation every morning to where l can’t even see out the windows so renewal needs to quit saying that on advertisement it’s a shame that you spend all this money and they don’t perform as expectedRenewal by Andersen, LLC

Needed to replace 8 windows, a sales rep can out gave price and said we could get 12 months no interested So i signed on the dotted line. seen fine. Then i got letter from Green Sky loan company and you could tell it was as a Predatory loan.
The rest is the last email I sent to Joell some facts I offered to pay in full before install and paid 2 days after windows installed.
"It was better that I missed your call, your bro pretty much said i am trying to get over on Anderson Widows. I bent over backwards to make this happen. Got abused by the salesman when I canceled the agreement. Sad I was only to trying protect myself from a predatory loan (those are the words from my Lawyer) But I still came back to buy the windows. Then the installers damaged my lawn and bro who thinks he is Expert on grass said i am full of shit. The best part is when Meredith made me feel like dead beat trying to not pay you and said they will take me to a collection agency. The best your bro called me at work and my boss flipped out that I was not were i was to be, thanks. You guys are real clown show!

Some things are just worth the spend. The installation was efficient and thorough and I have already recommended Renewal by Andersen to my neighbors. The energy efficiency is important but the new windows and doors upgraded the look of our home. The crew went about their work, finished a bit earlier than anticipated and the final walkthrough was helpful. Why 4 stars instead of 5? We realized that the sales consultant and measurer had indicated that the doors and frames would be taped, since we are doing our own staining - they weren't (though we forgot about it during the whirl of installation).Renewal by Andersen, LLC

1 starThis company has been horrible to work with. I have reported them to the BBB. Quality and customer service has been awful. Communication even worse. Issues have been going on since 1/23 and still not fixed. Today was suppose to be the big day they fixed everything and they no called and no showed after I made such a big deal about how many times I’ve had to take off for them to show up and “fix” stuff since Jan.Review fromPatricia L

On August 11, 2023, A representative came to my home. Measured my 10 windows and then gave me a price of $45,000. I told him I was not interested and that.s when he started pressuring me to buy the product. My price point was $20,000.tops. I told him I wanted to wait now the price began to change and he kept repeating that I had to buy the windows at that time or the price would not hold. I ended up being charged $25,000. Not happy at all with the selection. I also told him that I did not want to take a loan or finance. I was still put on a payment plan with a 3rd party company which I am not agreeing with. I also asked him for an itemized bill which I never received. It does not appear on my email and I did not receive a paper bill. I have 48 hours to cancel this transaction. I feel their work ethics has a lot to be desired. I will call tomorrow to cancel the order I will never use Renewal by Anderson again. Patricia ******Renewal by Andersen, LLC
