    I have talked to customer service twice and they followed up on my compliant with the distributor and called me back to see if I had got a follow up call. I am very satisfied with PCI and give them a five star rating.

    So far I've only set up my account for the purchase of a Rainbow vacuum cleaner, but the person I dealt with was very professional. She explained everything clearly and helped me set up auto pay. I had an excellent experience.

    They told me that I have to pay over $3,000 for cooking systems. The deaf guy sold me some cooking sets for over $535.00 for 7 months. But he paid for me. I can't cancelled or send things back to co. I am upset with scam.

In addition, all contracts are constructed to help ensure the consumer understands the financing that is requested in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

    THEY LIED THEY PUT IN ANOTHER APPLICATION TO HELP ME LOWER MY AMOUNT THEY PCI ACCEPTED MY SECOND APPLICATION THEN TOLD ME I HAD 2 PAYMENTS. I TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY THE LOWER BUT COULDN'T PAY FOR BOTH SO NOW THEY INFORMED ME I HAD TO PAY THE HIGHER PAYMENT.
    I KNOW THEY LET ANOTHER HAVE A MUCH LOWER PAYMENT.
    AND A COUPLE HAVE ONE FOR 1,000 AFTER THEY TOLD THEM THEY WANTED THEIR MONEY BACK. ALSO THERE TELLING PEOPLE TO KEEP THE THE AMOUNT THEY ARE GIVING THEM A SECERT AND NOT TO TELL OTHERS! I THINK IT A SCAM TO TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY THEY SHOULD JUST BE HONEST WITH EVERYONE
    THE TEAM THAT SOLD THE KIRBY VACUUM WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS THEY IGNORE MY CALLS BEFORE AND AFTER.
    VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER LET ANYONE COME IN MY HOUSE AGAIN!
    IT'S ALL A SCAM.
