Though you have addressed many of my main concerns,i feel that i hvent got the answers to them , just options that i have used numerous times to no avail. My main goals,even though the young lady was very polite and genuine, could have been a little more satisfied, ended up feeling like i was brushed off and sent to deal with the same people that put me on hold before. Un clear if my point was made or understood from a customer point of view. I was was looking for resolution instead of being sent back to step 1,Preferred Credit, Inc.

Not many people can say that a credit company was genuine and cares but I can tell you PCI is efficient, caring & they follow up! 10/10 absolutely recommend!Preferred Credit, Inc.
