Excellent customer service. The Able Chimney Sweep employee arrived on time and was organized. He employee cleaned my fireplace, checked the chimney and offered great suggestions for what to do when my fireplace was not in use.Able Chimney Sweeps, LLC

Able Chimney Sweep, Rob, came to my home to clean and advise me on my wood-burning fireplace. It hasn't been used for over five years. Rob was kind enough to educate me on the fireplace, the build-up inside, and after cleaning it, walked me through the camera view and findings. I enjoyed my time with Rob. He was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be proactive moving forward and have my fireplace cleaned every two years at a minimum.

I was looking for a company to do an inspection and cleaning on a fireplace, so I googled company's near me. I looked at the list and noticed that Able had hundreds of reviews and they were ALL 5 stars. That is no easy accomplishment these days. I called and spoke to Kristen, who was so polite and professional. She got me on the schedule in less than a week (during peak season). Well, today was my appointment and Robby showed up at the exact time, 11:30 on the dot. He was absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, prompt, just everything you want in a service provider. I will definitely be using them again, when the need arises, but I will also refer anyone I know that needs services that they offer. Thank you guys so much! :)Able Chimney Sweeps, LLC
