Everything from calling to make an appointment to the actual service of my chimney was courteous and professional. Robb was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to answer all of my questions and did a fantastic job cleaning the chimney. Highly recommend.

Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Care was taken to protect my home from any soil during the chimey cleaning process. I appreciated the extra time taken to answer all my questions about the condition of my fireplace, the cleaning and the inspection peocess.
I also appreciated the scheduling process where I was informed of potential warranty options that I could check on to avoid undue expense for repairs. Overall, excellent service.Able Chimney Sweeps, LLC

Prompt, professional, and polite service. The scheduling person and chimney sweep were very helpful and easy to work with. I trusted their expertise and recommendations. They didn't try to upsell me on anything but were very factual and made extra effort to make sure they gave me the right information on my chimney prior to gas insert install.Able Chimney Sweeps, LLC

Highly recommend them.
Scheduler was very friendly and helpful.
Rob was super knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining how all the parts of the chimney and firebox work together. He was punctual (in fact called to see if he could come a little early!), polite and did an overall great job.
