      My $2600 range stopped working after only 6 years. I called Warner Stellian to fix it and I was told that I had two choices. I could pay $190 for a repairman to come and look at it, maybe have an idea what was wrong and order the part and charge us another $190 to come out to repair it or I could describe what was going on with it and they were really good at diagnosing the problem and ordering the part and I would only have to pay $190 once for them to come out and fix it. I chose the second option and told her what was going on with the range. After 2 weeks I called to see if they had any idea yet and she said it was very backed up and may take a bit longer. Another week went by and I got a call that it was a board and it had to be paid for before they could order it. I paid almost $900 dollars. After 4 more weeks he came out with the part and it did not work. He called GE, I think, while he was at my house and they thought it was a part that would now cost me$1200 to ****. He told me I should buy a new stove. He also let me know, for the first time, that I would not be getting my money back because GE doesn't usually take back parts and credit you. I went to WS and they would not give me store credit or my money. They never told me I could not get that money back or a credit if they could not fix it until after they had my money, What a scam. I am so disappointed. No stove, out >$800 .

      Hello,When attempting a repair on an appliance that is out of warranty Warners' Stellian follows the repair guidelines as provided by the manufacturer. In this case GE advised replacing the control board. You were provided and approved an estimate. I understand your frustration that the repair was not successful. Repairs can sometimes take multiple parts. I also understand you don't want to invest more money in repairing your range. Whenever we have a customer who decides to buy new rather than proceed with repair we generally offer a $50 credit. Your call is under review and we will be following up this week.

      We special ordered a set of appliances in December of 2021, well ahead of a major renovation. The order was fully paid at that time. The appliances arrived on-schedule in May of 2022. As had been previously discussed with Warners' Stellian, we asked them to hold onto our order until our renovation was far enough along. We expected that to be in the September time frame. They said that was just fine.Upon going to pickup our special order in mid-September, it was discovered Warners' Stellian had sold one of our appliances (that we had already paid for) to another customer. Another unit could not be acquired for at least three months. Excuses were made, such as "inventory cycling", but the simple fact is this: we special ordered and paid for a product, and Warner's Stellian chose to sell something we already owned to another customer.

      Hello,I reviewed your situation with your salesperson. He readily admits to making a mistake in telling you your product was available. He didn't follow through on researching whether what we had in stock at the time was already committed to another customer. I apologize for the inconvenience.

      Open Letter of Caution To Be Aware Of Warners Stellian Materially False or Misleading Business Practices ================To: JLWarner@warnersstellian; RMGrapevine@warnersstellian Sent: Sat, Aug 13, 2022 9:20 am Subject: Re: ****** From ******** // Quote and Payment Made / Materially False or Misleading Business Practices "Bait and Switch" ****** Dear *******************,On May 21st, 2022, after confirming the details, we ordered a Bosch dishwasher of certain quality and were promised a delivery date.Subsequently, Warners Stellian made false or misleading claims regarding the contract, and attempted to switch our sales agreement to another product, without any compensation for Warners Stellian failing the agreement.Notably materially false or misleading statements include those of *******************, on Thu, Jun 2, 2022 9:04 pm, "Bosch was not going to make more [dishwashers]there were none to order" and **********************'s, on May 27, 2022, at 3:57 PM,"*Effective immediately no additional sales will be allowed for Bosch 500, 800 or Benchmark series models"August 5th, 2022, via a reputable appliance dealer in ***********, we were able to purchase install the Bosch dishwasher.So we are clear, after you refused common sense and would not return our money, we disputed the materially false or misleading charges.       Warners' Stellian placed an order for the dishwasher you selected on 5/21. A few days later on 5/27 Bosch announced there were no longer shipping the model you requested. Your Salesperson alerted you to this on that same day. You requested a delivery or refund and suggested we made a "false or misleading offer." Our offer at time of same was genuine. We had no prior information that Bosch was going to stop the sale of the dishwasher you selected. We immediately informed you of *****'s decision. Your Salesperson offered to refund your money the same day and requested the credit card information to process the refund. You repeatedly failed to provide the credit card information and immediately said you would refute the charges. We allowed the chargeback to go through since you did not supply the credit card information as requested. If you had opted to work with your Salesperson this matter could have been resolved without resorting to refuting a valid charge. We're sorry ***** was unable to supply us with the model you requested but glad to hear you were able to find what you wanted somewhere else.

      I bought 2 ice machines, 2 refrigerators and a wine cooler which they delivered to my home. When I called for service work they told me they do not service my area despite the fact that I am less than 50 miles from them. They didn't tell me that when I bought the 5 units. Lousy customer care!

      We purchased a new kitchen suite of appliances for our new home September 2018. In 3 years, the top of the line built-in microwave quit and in 4 years, we are having cooling issues with the refrigerator. All of these appliances were GE Cafe series. I called GE thinking that this would be a issue covered under their 5 year warranty. ** said out of warranty thus we can't assist you. I called Warners' Stellian and was told our service ***** is full and they will not be available to help with any service. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I would recommend that anyone reading this complaint do yourself a big favor and save yourself money by looking for appliances through anyone other than this company. Anyone who doesn't stand behind their sales and service should not get any of your money nor business.

      Any appliances purchased through any retailer come with warranties issued by the manufacturer, not the retailer. GE Cafe's warranty is one year parts and labor and five years on the sealed system (compressor, condenser, evaporator). Warners' Stellian is not GE's preferred service provider in our ********'s service number is **************.

      They don't support what they sell. You have to reach out to the manufacturer for support. Might as well order from Amazon or best buy.

      All appliances we sell come with a manufacturer issued warranty. Each manufacturer has a preferred servicer that we are obligated to refer customers to if a service issue arises. Warners' Stellian does offer our own service through our Iron Clad Product Protection Guarantee. Please see your salesperson for more information.
