      My 22 year old refrigerator decided it was dying on July 3rd, 2024. I went to a couple of stores, and did some research before deciding to purchase a new one from Warners Stellian in ********. The sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I paid an extra $100 to have it delivered on July 6th, plus $149 for a 2 year extended warranty. I left the store a happy customer. I no longer am for the following reasons: 1. Refrigerator arrived 3 hours before scheduled time. 2. Door's needed to be switched. Done incorrectly. Seal not attached. ***** built up. 5. Went into the store, spoke to the representative who sold me the refrigerator. He listened to my concerns, realized the issue, and assured me it would be fixed, someone would contact me within 2 days. Received an email (asked to be texted) saying a part was needed, I would be called on Monday. 6. **************** is very poor. Heard nothing so called store on Tuesday. On hold for 25 minutes, before being told system was down the previous day, no way to reach me. Repair person would be out 10 days later. UNACCEPTABLE. REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY, standing water in freezer, frost on everything in freezer. 8. Back to store, assured it would be addressed more quickly. Heard nothing for 2 days. Called again, expressed frustration. ********* arrived and reattached seal on freezer. As he was leaving, i asked a question. Thanked me, then adjusted seal on lower refrigerator door. 9. Went in again, spoke to salesman. Spoiled food. Warranty coverage - $250. When expressing my concerns, I shared that it was clear delivery man did not know what he was doing. Would rather he had said this and someone else come out to do correctly. representative was surprised to learn doors were switched in my home, should have happened before delivery. Soooooo many mistakes, very poor customer service. I WILL NOT buy any more appliances from Warners Stellian.

      Bought $30,000 worth of high-end appliances (Cove/Wolf) along with an extended warranty that Warner-Stellian does not honor because they do not service Cove and Wolf. When I requested support for an ongoing issue, the appliance repair company that ****** recommended has no record of an extended warranty --- and Warner Stellian customer service is nascent at best. This is the second large purchase in 10 years I have made at Warner Stellian. If I cannot get this addressed in the next 30-days, they will lose me as a customer forever --- including the many referrals I have given them.

      Never heard back from ******* at the Outlet store about our purchasing a refrigerator, and still haven't. Seems the family owned stores are lacking customer service.

      Our installation of an expensive induction stove has been a nightmare! The *************** of Warners Stellian has sales people who should not be in their positions and have either no authority or training to make decisions when they have screwed up an order. Our sales representative there, ****, was nice to talk with, but did not follow through with letting us know that a pre-inspection was possible of the area that the new stove would sit to ensure the stove had the correct receptacle or the situation with capping off our gas was needed. Our problems occurred AFTER we had asked her several times how we know the stove would fit our space! She also did not let the delivery people know that the gas line needed to be capped off, even though she knew that was needed! The stove was delivered by two young men who had no electrical or natural gas experience or expertise, so they dropped off the stove in our garage while we called our electrician to create a receptacle for the stove, which we had no idea that we needed. About $1600 later, we had a receptacle and Warners Stellian sent out installation personnel to cap off our gas line and install the stove. Since no pre-inspection was conducted, it turns out the stove wont fit over the capped gas line and their installation team didnt have the expertise to make the adjustments needed. So here we are, the stove still not installed (after we paid for installation) and its the weekend! Theyre offer to fix the situation is to send their ******* out Monday to take care of the gas line as long as we split the cost of his fees! All this could have been avoided had we known of the pre-inspection option and if they sent qualified delivery personnel that can actually trouble shoot! We will NEVER buy from Warners Stellian again after being loyal customers for years! We suggest you choose somewhere else if you dont want to pay through the nose for unforeseen problems due to their ineptitude.

      I purchased 5 appliances. The FIRST refrigerator and FIRST range arrived damaged. The second fridge sent to us looks like it was put together (poorly) with spare parts. The freezer door was also not installed properly, which was causing all our food to defrost (happened a couple times before we found the issue). The second range had a defective part that was causing our house to fill with gas when we cooked in the oven. It took weeks for a repair. When the dryer was installed, a splitter was put in the water line to run water to the dryer (for steam). The line was not reattached to the washing machine, which caused a lot of water to shoot down the wall and flood the laundry room every time we did laundry. This happened about three to four times before we figured out what was going on.Sales person, as well as GM, are non-responsive. Absolutely regret choosing this company. (We purchased from the ********* location)

      It would be impossible for me to cite all of the reasons why the purchase of kitchen appliances and/a washer and dryer from Warners Stellian in ***** were so difficult. The delivery people could not understand that they could not walk in the front door of the condominium lobby. It took conversations with several representatives to make that clear. Just getting a copy of an invoice required a Geneva Convention, and in my haste of ordering several appliances, I failed to make clear the door openings of the washer dryer combo. The most important thing to the representative was purchase of insurance. Washer and dryer doors openings face a wall and accessing the appliances is more than awkward. After a few calls and suggestions about how the matter could be rectified, I stopped to talk to the representative about what happened, and he explained that all of the other information I received was wrong. I had to live with what I had. In leaving, he offered me a treat. *****, I dont want a treat. I already feel like a sucker and I know that Ive been licked.

When purchasing appliances, we are reliant on clear communication from the customer about any particulars including entry requirements, proper facilities, and dimensions. You were provided specifications that outlined dimensions including a section titled "Choosing the Proper Location" that clearly defines the space required for your laundry units. There was no ill-intent, just miscommunication.

      I purchased a fridge on July 11th. It was a ************** sale, that is what i was told until they ran my card. Then i was informed that it was previously owned for two months. Now i'm told that delivery won't be until July 23rd. Going 13 days without a fridge *****, but you figure there is nothing you can do about it. The fridge gets delivered and immediately trips the **** outlet. the delivery guys tell us to call an electrician and leave. The next day I call customer service and the guy assures me that they test all of their previously used appliances to make sure they are in working condition...riiiight. They had me check stuff before they will even schedule a technician. After checking that all the outlets and breakers are 20amp and purchasing a surge protector, the fridge still fails. I'm then told my best option is to go to the store to start a return and reorder. I call the store to confirm somebody can help us, and mention that we are out hundreds of $ on takeout and groceries we bought for the new fridge and that we would appreciate a discount on our new order, and they said they would see what they could do. we get to the store and the salesman tells us that we will at least get 5% off our new purchase and he'll see if he can get us 10% only to then be told that all he can do is apply our refund to the new fridge, and he'll give us a $25 giftcard to use on future purchase. It felt like a slap in the face! two weeks, a defective fridge, hundreds of dollars wasted and you are going to offer us a $25 giftcard that we can't even use on the fridge that day. We left and purchased a fridge from **********, which will be delivered on the 31st. we call ****** Stellian to get the old fridge removed and they have the audacity to tell us they can't remove it until August 5th. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! you drop off a defective fridge and you're going to take 12 days to remove it from my house?

      I apologize for your experience. We do test all appliances that are sold as "Outlet" before they are sold. Unfortunately GFCI nuisance tripping is difficult to determine if it's an issue with the electrical facilities or the appliance. 

      Regarding your delivery, I see we have moved up the return to 7/29. I hope your new refrigerator works for you!

      Worst warranty/customer service garbage appliances wont return your call to resolve issues. I would never buy anything from them again. My fridge sounds like it will fly away .

      We have been in constant communication with you and your husband. You have an extended warranty through Frigidaire. We have told you the direction you need to take to get service. You have refused to call Frigidaire. We cannot service your refrigerator without voiding the warranty. Service must be performed by Frigidaire. I have spoken with Frigidaire and they will be calling you to set up service.

      Spend your money elsewhere. We purchased and had installed an Electrolux stackable washer and dryer on 8/31/23. The dryer stopped drying which is still covered under the manufactured warranty. We were told that since we did not purchase an extended warranty from them they would not service us. They made the decision to only service customers with their Ironclad contract as they were bogged down with those repairs. One of the reasons we went to WS and paid more money was that they would provide service since we purchased the appliances through them. NEVER AGAIN!

      The service staff at Warners' Stellian was fantastic. They took care of my refrigerator issue in a friendly, positive, and prompt manner. I would strongly recommend doing business with them. As a repeat costumer, I have always been satisfied with my experience.
