To put it mildly, horrible customer service experience. We purchased a Zephyr Dual Zone wine cooler from Warners', which is covered under the IronClad warranty we purchased. (Model# PRW24C02BG Serial#******** Wine cooler started not working (no cooling) in January 2023. First maintenance visit to our house was February, didn't fix it. They ordered parts, came back in March, didn't fix it. Then Warners' said they'd replace the entire unit.....still waiting for replacement unit. Warners' customer service communication has been horrible. I had to actually call Zephyr and then Lakeview Appliance Distributing to get any traction on this ticket because supposedly Warners' wasn't getting any reply from Lakeview Appliance Distributing for more than 3 weeks. It's now been six months with a non-working appliance and still no replacement. How is this acceptable customer service? We have now gone 1/2 a year with a non-functional appliance covered under an IronClad warranty they (Warners' Stellian) sell. Even more frustrating, I called Zephyr yesterday and they have 28 of these units in stock. A non-functional wine cooler is a first world problem. However, the IronClad warranty is anything but IronClad. And Warners' Stellian customer service communication has been horrible to say the least.Warners' Stellian

Bought a fridge from the *********** location less than two years ago, it already isn't working and they won't even service it if I pay since it's out of warranty. Incredible that they don't stand by their products, less than two years for a fridge seems outrageous to me.Warners' Stellian

I am sorry that you're refrigerator isn't working. The model you purchased comes with a one year warranty issued by Frigidaire. We stand by the products we sell through the warranty. We also offer protection plans at the time of purchase for service by Warners' Stellian. You opted to decline that coverage. 1 starAside from the multitude of issues I had with the Frigidaire kitchen suite I purchased from WS, the correspondence from the parts and service team has been horrible. Its one thing to spend upwards of $10,000 on new appliances and experience floor damage from multiple water leaks, faulty components, getting to know your service technician by name, and having to have a 6 month old refrigerator replaced - all within the first year. Hopefully it all breaks within the warranty period, because if not - what a ridiculous waste of money. Its another thing to have to take time out of my busy day to call and check in on the status of my repair parts and installation when neither myself or my husband receive any calls, emails or letters from *************** - even after weve confirmed all contact methods and have been previously contacted on them. Stop saying we left a voicemail - no. You didnt. As someone who has managed a sales and service company, I understand that sometimes a call may fall through the cracks. But the consistency of lack of calls and updates has created so much frustration that I wish we had just kept our older - and functioning - appliances in the first place. It has been a month since our technician supposedly ordered the parts to replace (for the second time) the faulty parts on our range. When I called, they stated theyre doing a computer migration and cannot let me know when the inventory will be checked in. They couldnt tell me when it was ordered, but it definitely was not back ordered. So my parts are sitting in a warehouse, no idea when theyll be pulled, and I cant cook on the main burner on my range. Ive converted a national company with 10s of millions of dollars of inventory to a new POS system, all of which took a weekend for the largest warehouse. Unbelievable that I have to call every single time, and make notes of my timeline so I dont forget. Unless you want to do their job yourself - buy elsewhere.Review fromSarah S

I'm giving 2 stars because they did haul away my old dishwasher, but the installation of the new one has been a nightmare. Upon installation, the installer told me it wasn't starting up properly and I needed to request service. I did, and a week later, someone came out. He told me nothing was wrong with it and left. I tried using the dishwasher that evening and got two separate error codes that prevented me from using it. I made another service request. 8 days later (today), Warners' Stellian finally got back to me to say that since the service person that had come out a week ago had said nothing was wrong with the dishwasher, they will not be coming out again.Obviously something is wrong with the dishwasher or I wouldn't be getting all these error codes preventing me from using it even once. I find it very odd that they will not assist customers with brand new appliances that they themselves installed and that do not work.Warners' Stellian

A sensor went out in our under a year-old fridge. Called and had a repairman come out the following day. He told us that he needed to order one part but didn't specify when it was going to be in. Called that Thursday to get an idea and the person in repairs said part will be in on Monday. Call today to see when they will be out so we can let everything defrost as the repairman told us. She stated she would reach out to parts to see if they have our now 2 parts in and would call me back. Now it's pushed back all the way to May 10th! Im confused on why confirm it for Monday and than change it to over a month later. I am beyond frustrated with this terrible customer service and run around.Warners' Stellian

Terrible experience. When we purchased 3 new appliances we were informed that everything was in stock. Then the day of delivery, the delivery driver informed us only 1 appliance is coming, no one contacted us from sales nor customer service, then we have had to call in for status update (no one would call us) to be informed of a date that then would come & go with still no communication.5 months from purchase date. Finally last appliance was delivered a gas stove with no gas regulator (which could have blown up our ****** ******* is still no rush nor communication on when this can be fixed- mean while we have no oven/stove as our old one was removed with delivery. Overall DO NOT BUY with Warner Stellian - they want to make a sale & do not care about their customers afterwards.Warners' Stellian

Products are good so far. Purchased them at the *********** location. Found the sales associate to be kinda a contemptuous person after purchase. Pretty much a cold fish. He acts like we are a burden that he has to do basic order maintenance. Eta etc... at one point we asked a question and he paused for 30 seconds without responding . We were like "hello anyone there?" He definitely has the burnt out with my job , your lucky im helping you attitude. At this point we are just going to speak with a manager because we are beyond annoyed with this guy. Not like we are asking for difficult or involved things. We wanted to support our local economy & buy our first/new dishwasher from a local company, instead of big box. What a mistake! I wish I would have looked at this site before I did the purchase! (I also read a bad review on social media & wish I would have cancelled my order then!!)We bought a GE dishwasher from Warner Stellian on 12/29/22' & paid for it to be delivered on 01/18/23'. We were having cabinets made, so the dishwasher just sat in it's box, in the kitchen. We planned on buying the extended warranty, once the built-in dishwasher could be installed, which was 2/28/23' but when OUR certified plumber installed it, he found a leak in the bottom of the brand new unit! (not hoses or connections)Because the unit was in our house for 42 ********* didn't yet buy the **** CLAD WARRANTY, after 30 days, Warner Stellian said, TOO BAD, SO SAD, contact the manufacture. Not our problem!!!!!I'd be careful about giving this business ANY business. The ** rating is too high in my opinion! More like a D-.Warners' Stellian

I apologize that your GE dishwasher had a service issue. Your appliance is covered from defect under the manufacturer's warranty. GE is responsible for providing for a repair at no cost to you for defects in their product. While we are a GE authorized retailer and service provider, they have a preferred service provider that they have chosen to repair their product under warranty. Warners' Stellian offers service through our Iron Clad protection plan as you stated and within the first 30 days of ownership. In any event, your issue would be resolved through a service call whether through Warners' Stellian or through GE. 2/23 my fridge wasn't cooling.. I found that the Rochester ****** Stellian carried the model I was looking at. ******, the sales person told me that with the $50 installation, they would install an 8 ft braided supply line. Great I thought, I do NOT want any possibilities of leaks from my fridge. When they came today 2/25, he cut the solid one piece pex line and started hooking up a 4 ft line. I asked him where is the 8 ft line I was promised? We don't carry that. I said, well this won't work having a possible leaking joint behind the fridge creating damage. I was sick with worry and frustration. He continued hooking up the fridge while I called and spoke to ******, she transferred me to ****, the delivery manager. He said they would have a special contractor come and install a longer braided line and it would not cost me anything. Great I thought, now I don't have to worry. The installer finished hooking up the fridge and let me know that the special contractor should come out and switch out the lines. I proceeded to load my fridge back up with all my cold and frozen foods. Great, all done I thought. Nope. I get a call from **** 40 min later, saying they won't cover the cost of putting in a new line. I said I was not okay with having a possible point of leaking hidden behind my fridge, the one piece pex line would have been preferable. I told him, "You promised that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra." He spoke with the store manager *****, and he refused to pay the contractor's $250 charge. He said that ***** said that they can just come pick up the fridge. So I paid $3456 (with a 5 year extended warranty) and they can't follow through what they promised? I called *** at the ************* he said he will credit the $50 charge and we can install our own supply line. The **************** wasn't willing to pay 6.5% of the price I paid, to cover what was promised me. ***** obviously doesn't understand customer service. There was no misunderstanding. This is what I was told I would get, promised that the special contractor would come and install at no cost to me. Then, after my old fridge was removed and my new fridge in place with all my food put back, I was told that Warner Stellian would NOT take care of this issue, and that if I didn't like it, they would come pick up the fridge. Really?! No wonder your ratings are abysmal. I have posted this online, and will continue to put out ratings on any site I can find. I called the number for corporate that I was given to try to register a complaint, but have not heard back from anyone in authority.Review fromKen B

Purchased a new refrigerator (and the extended warranty), had what turned out to be a defective unit delivered to my house. Took multiple calls and trips by a service tech, and calls to customer service to finally decide to order a different unit. Order a different unit, and the delivery people damage the vinyl on a short set of stairs leading into my kitchen. They have since ghosted me and their liability insurance company has denied any coverage for the damage. I have tried to work with them for over 4 months to resolve the issue. And have not had any luck. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. To make this even more ironic, my family has been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Had to give them one star to be able to even submit this review, they don't even deserve that.Warners' Stellian
