      Got furniture delivered that was defective. The team worked with us to try and swap out replacement parts and tried to troubleshoot the setup. Great communication and they worked with us when the delivery time didn’t quite work. Great crew, very friendly and helpful.

      There are (too) many moving & storage companies to pick from. Such a important decision can be overwhelmingly difficult. My wife & I did our due diligence & vetted over a dozen moving companies. The only company coming out on TOP was BERGER ALLIED MOVING & STORAGE. Moving from Illinois to South Carolina is a major move & can be overwhelming physically & emotionally - we wanted/needed the BEST! All our research pointed to one company - BERGER ALLIED MOVING & STORAGE. From the first phone call from our Moving Consultant - COLLEN T****** - to our final communication from GM IAN C***** making sure everything went smoothly, BERGER ALLIED MOVING & STORAGE & GM IAN C***** was there for us - door to door! It's so satisfying to have moving company that delivers the personal touch during such an emotional & trying time, BERGER ALLIED MOVING & STORAGE is THAT company.       Berger Allied took great care with moving our office, and we highly recommend them for your move. The moving team was great and worked very well together. They made the many hours of packing and moving an enjoyable experience for us, which I wasn't sure was possible. They were professional and courteous with our items and especially careful with the smaller, delicate items. Laura and Greg were very responsive to our questions and helpful in providing solutions to our office's needs. We found Berger on BBB here because of their rating, and they have earned that rating in our opinion and experience. We will be using them for our next office move -- which I hope won't happen for a long, long, long time because moving is a hassle! -- and we highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
