      I was contacted ahead of time and delivery was on time. When they arrived they were professional, made sure to ask if I liked the placement of my order, and they left my home clean.

      Very professional driver/helpers, very careful and on time delivery. The only issue was 2 ladders that got lost in the move, unfortunately my insurance deductible was $500 and was denied by the insurance co the cost to replace. Overall I was happy with the team on the pickup and delivery.

      Excellent customer care. The guys who delivered our Arhaus couch and table took tremendous care in delivering these expensive, heavy items into our home. This was white glove service at its best. They took the time to make sure that our furniture was properly placed and functioning.
