      Our three movers, Justin, Justin, and Cody (we tried to change Cody’s name, but he politely refused) were excellent! They worked hard, wrapped carefully, asked the right questions, and represented your company very well. A very professional crew.
      Your communications, customer care, pricing, and all your staff were great. Your process is best in class.

      We can’t say enough about the excellent work, and customer service we received from Matt’s Moving.
      They were prompt, very professional, and gave great care to move very heavy items around tough corners without leaving a mark. The movers were also very helpful in setting things up after items were in.
      My sister just moved with Matt’s Moving, and received the same high quality service as we did. They are now our family’s official movers! Thank you again for all you do!

      Very professional, fast, extremely polite and helpful. They offered to set the kids beds up , but sadly we couldn't find the hardware for the beds at the time. I would highly, highly recommend Matt's moving to anyone who needs it. Corrie us amazing at lining things up and communicating.

      Great service start to finish. Want to specifically recognize Loni for her great customer service and patience. Moving elderly parent last minute from hospital to assisted living and needed some flexibility. Loni was right there every step and offered options. The two gentleman that did the move were prompt and very considerate of property to be moved. No doubt would use Matt’s for next move.

      Matt's Moving Company did an awesome job. They were Efficient, Fast, and Professional. I have 2 parrot with 2 big cages. They just shrinked wrapped those bad boys up and took them whole, without the birds, of course. I was going to bring some fragile things like china and pictures myself because I was so worried they would end up broken, but they confidently reassured me that they could transfer them carefully. I would highly recommend Matt's Moving Company.

      In response: The handyman for Matt’s Moving first came to my house 9/26/23. He did some repairs and he was supposed to come back the next week with my bench stool repaired, and as of 1/12/24 he has not returned my stool or returned to finish the repairs. We had scheduled times to return to finish 3 times, and he was a no-show! The handyman DID NOT do any repairs for me other than the damage by the movers!! And he still hasn’t finished. There were many, many things damaged. I will not accept a payout of $300 for a ruined dining table that requires replacing the top at a cost of $700.

      The handyman has been out several times and yes he does need to return the repaired bench/stool. I have been trying to contact the repair firm to return the bench. When I spoke with the handyman he did state that some of the damage claimed was not move related. 

      This move was covered under Basic Plus Coverage- $1.20 per lb. per their signed Service Agreement on May 24, 2023

      The table has minor damage and settlements are payed out based on the weight of the item at $1.20 per lb. The table with base weighs roughly 125 lbs. The customer did not have full replacement valuation on the her move. I offered the customer a settlement based on the weight of the item at $1.20 per lb. =$150.00 , she did not accept the offer. I doubled the offer to $300.00 for the table.

      Start time changed twice on moving day, still an hour and a half late. Boxes marked for the basement left in the garage, many furniture items damaged, including my one year old dining table. The top is not repairable and they won’t replace it! My bedroom dresser had to be totally reglued back together to use. My bench stool was broken, scrapes on leather sofa and on coffee table and end table. Bed frame pushed up against the wall and scraped, paint scraped from metal arms of my porch chairs, the patio door no longer closes right. They lost a wheel for my shop-vac. A handyman was sent once to fix some of the damage. That was a month ago! My move was almost 6 months ago and I’m still dealing with the company! I am ver frustrated!

      The customer was given the option of a cash settlement  or repairs . Customer requested  repairs be done.

      At the time I explained to the customer that we were transitioning between repair companies. She has been very understanding about the time involved in this claim. 

      Matt Works has been out repairing the customer items. The repair company needs to drop items off  they were taken to the shop for repairs.

      The repairman had covid and was unable to get back to deliver the items.  The repair company said they have fixed items that the customer has claimed along with additional items that he said was not damaged by the moving company. I have left messages for them to return the items.

      I have explained the customer per the service agreement that settlements are based on the weight of the item at $1.20 per lb. 

      The customer is wanting a new table top. I have doubled the offer for the table to $300.00 on 12/21/23.
