      excellent movers! We moved from a 3 level home to a studio condo on the 11th floor - these guys did it in 3 hrs! they didnt talk much & didn't criticize our packing - love it! Highly recommended

      Matts Moving, LLC was reasonably priced compared to their competitors and very professional, from their office staff to the movers! Appreciated their hard work! I will likely be moving in the future and will definitely use them again! Thank you!

      I've used Matt's Moving 3 times since 2014, and never had a problem. The office always kept in touch if they were delayed, and the moving guys were always courteous and pleasant. They took stuff I didn't expect them to take, things were wrapped properly, and I appreciate that a lot. If they weren't sure to take some items, they always asked. I would definitely use Matt's Moving again.

      Horrible company! They pitched 2 boxes of valuable items that were supposed to be moved in the trash so I never got them. The first person that I spoke to at the company totally denied this. In addition, they broke my sleep number bed. it took almost a week for them to send someone out to fix it. When he came, he apparently turned the bed in an upside down position (head of bed where foot should be) thinking that he corrected it. In addition, whatever he did, it only worked for less than 48 hours and then stayed in a 70 degree angle for the head of the bed. Again I couldn't adjust the height of the firmness of the mattress. the company never sent anyone to fix it again or even turn the bed in the proper angle. I had to pay out of my own pocket to stay in a hotel due to how they messed up my bed. Now that I am trying to be reimbursed for the boxes they lost, the bed repair, and the hotel cost, they are trying to make me sign a form saying that I won't say anything about this to the public. That is breaking the first amendment of the USA. This is a horrible company. They take bad care of your valuables, have no compassion for their customers when things don't go right and are impossible to deal with. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommendation this company!!!!!!

      ****,We have been in continuous contact with you since your move. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with you. We have even reached out to Sleep Number to help look into the issue at hand. We have provided instructions to do a factory reset of the bed and have sent 2 people out to look at the bed. We take great care of our customers and providing a quality move is of great importance to our company.

      this company has not been in continuous contact with me since this happened. I have not heard anything from them by phone or email since 3/27/23. I have spent at least an hour if not more calling and talking to multiple people from sleep number trying to get the forms that your company says I have to have, even though they sometimes tell me the receipt which I sent to ****'s moving should be fine. I have also cancelled plans on multiple evenings and a Saturday to make time to speak with sleep number company and be present for them to come fix the damaged bed. In addition, the bed continues leaking air and I now need to have sleep number come out again and who knows what it will cost for them to fix it. This will also be billed to you. This terrible moving experience has either lost or damaged at least $4,000 worth of valuable possessions. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the terrible expereince that I have and am dealing with. People have the right to know what company not to use and run major risk of a bad expereience like I have and am dealing with. ****'s Moving is not the company that I would recommend to anyone.

      Excellent experience! ALL furniture and tvs were wrapped really well and arrived in perfect shape.The crew worked really hard, never wasted a moment. They were all about business. I would definitely hire Matts Moving a gain.

      I am not one to leave reviews like this but after this nightmare of an experience I feel like I should warn others as peak moving season approaches.

      We were told furniture and large items would be wrapped with care, if you count wrapping an 86 inch TV in a blanket and then jamming into the truck "with care" then I don't know. None of the couches were wrapped or the bed frames/mattresses/dressers. We had damage to our brand new coffee table (gouges & scratches and it no longer closes properly), a dresser completely destroyed. The dresser was an item we told them was to stay during our initial walk through as we were leaving it at the house for the new homeowners, they moved it anyways and it was destroyed in the process. An irreplaceable light fixture was also broken.

      Here is the kicker... Our Air pods were stolen off the counter in the process and we were able to track them back to St. Paul outside one of the movers homes. They put them in our mailbox after we called and complained and they said they were found in the back of the moving truck... LIES!!! They were sitting on the kitchen counter and someone swiped them and put them in their pocket. They were simply trying to cover their a**. We offered to buy these guys lunch and everything, nice pay back.

      The movers charge in intervals of 15 minutes and towards the end of the move they were more interested in playing basketball in our driveway then anything else.

      Claims has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, the woman on the phone is very rude with almost every interaction and they claimed they submitted the photos with damage to the claims department and after following up with claims they say they have no photos on hand of any of the damages. I have had to babysit every single step in this process.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
