5 starsI was very pleased with Justin’s work on my water softener system. He performed maintenance on the system as a scheduled and quickly identified the slow leak I had reported as coming from that same system. Within a short time everything was fixed. He showed me the part that needed fixing and thoroughly described the problem to me as to why it was leaking. Fortunately it was under warranty. Justin is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient in his work.Review fromJoan S

Nick and Matthew were here to evaluate our water softener and drinking water. Both were courteous, informed and knowledgeable about the water testing and their products. I appreciate their friendly and prompt service. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Since my initial review on 5/3/25, Becky from the local Kinetico’s office took the initiative and reached out to me! And when she didn’t get to talk with me on the first try, she left me a voicemail AND she called back the following day! I was VERY IMPRESSED to say the least. Becky ALSO went far beyond what I’d expected; she took the initiative to make me feel valued and appreciated! Thanks Becky for reaching out AND for making me feel valued and appreciated! Paul from Aquarius came to my home today to fix an outdoor water faucet. He showed up on time and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Paul was very friendly and explained options clearly. The total cost was even surprisingly reasonable.Aquarius Home Services
