I was given the impression I got free delivery of my salt if I spent over $100. Then they charged me $20/bag of salt. I said I didn’t want to pay $200 for 10 bags of salt. They said I had to buy at least 5 and they left seven for $100. The salt costs about $4.50 at the store.
I am very disappointed in Aquarius Home Service-ripping of elderly people.
What a sham!!!!

Paul serviced my home for necessary major plumbing upgrades done in December 2024 (water pump, hot water tank, sewage ejection system, etc) and again in January 2025 for an emergency water leak in my main floor bathroom. Both times his work and demeanor were excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and explained everything in detail - not just the work to be done, but also how the new systems work. In January when I called about the plumbing emergency, I was relieved to hear from dispatch that Paul would be coming that day. He quickly identified the problem and began working toward a solution. He also identified 2 other water valves in that bathroom that were old and very questionable and replaced those too, giving me peace of mind.Aquarius Home Services
