Excellent company. Sales manager was honest; provided a great product. Installation team was on-time, courteous; collected all debris in-house and outside; cleaned the installed windows inside and outside before departure. Overall, a great experience. Working with window concepts has been great. I was skeptical of the price tag, but the salesman went through all the technology and upgrades that come with the window concepts product, plus having the professional installation, it ended up being a great purchase. Just a few weeks after having our sliding glass door we have noticeably less road noise, less heat and cooling leaking, and opening it is a dream! Highly recommend this company.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

WC was very professional from start to finish. The sales person Hassan explained the materials used in my new patio door, warranty information, and the installation process. The installers were on time…this meant a lot to me. I am so pleased with the quality of the door and workmanship that I referred my daughter who also bought a patio door and is very happy.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Dan our sales guy was really nice! Very friends and very reasonable about helping us figure out what we needed in our new front door. He let us play with the program to figure out exactly what we wanted. Joe, our installer, was also very friendly and did a great job. We got a provia door, which is also sold by another popular company, but was less expensive to go through window concepts. Definitely recommend!Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Window Concept's door installer did an excellent job putting in my new ProVia entry door. His method for minimizing outside weather from entering the house, his explanations for how &why he did his install, his leaving the area clean & clear as before the project all resulted in a very satisfied customer.
