We have used Jack Pixley for several years and different projects including periodic cleaning of a wood fireplace, major masonry rebuild of external chimney structures and proposed gas fireplace insert. Caleb did an excellent job as a technician, he had strong communication and was very professional. He shared his process throughout the inspection, including findings and recommendations for next steps. 5 starsReally pleased with the service I got from the team that came to my house. I had originally booked a chimney cleaning and inspection. When they looked at the chimney, they found that a cleaning wasn't needed and just removed that from the service call. They did a really thorough inspection and found some issues that need to be fixed before I use my fireplace again. Really appreciate their attention to safety! Great company with good people. They believe in quality work and make sure you are happy with the results. I called them two years after some work was done and they sent a guy out to verify things, no questions asked and the stand behind the work they do.
