Punctual with good communication in advance of arrival. Through cleaning but important presentation of findings and recommendations. All is good; consider next year follow up based on use.
Provided beyond the cleaning contract; a trip to the top of our steep roof to evaluate the 120 year old chimney.

This company is awesome ! The office kept me informed as to when to expect service and who would be showing up ! My non working fireplace was quickly diagnosed and repaired by Kurt and Jim in a very professional , clean , and timely manner !
