Have used them for years. Always on time, great communication, with pictures for documentation. They keep a file on our location. I know this because when new technicians arrive they are always aware of our odd chimney cap and its removal procedure. Fast efficient, knowledgeable (about both stove and chimney, always with a great price. Having been a field service tech, in the medical instrument and device industry, I am qualified to judge them on their professionalism, and customer care/service - that doesnt change industry to industry. My total experience with this company was nothing but positive! They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable and always explaining why they had to do what they did. This company went over and above any expectations that I had and reassured me that all would be taken care of. They were also great about the clean up afterwards as well. This week was the first time we have used Jack Pixley services. We chose them because they were so well reviewed, and we were not in the least disappointed! Jon ****** was our technician, he was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. When he finished, except for a beautifully cleaned chimney and fireplace, there not a speck of evidence that a messy piece of work had just been accomplished. He explained everything he did plus other Pixley services that we may use in the future. We will certainly call Jack Pixley again-- Enthusiastic 5 Stars!!!Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps & Masonry
