DealDash is a bad website; do not use it. When I purchased my first bid pack and contacted the support team, they refused to give me a refund and quickly ended the chat session. Do not trust this website; it is a scam. I'd like a refund.Business Response

According to our terms of use, each user may only control one ******************** account. There is some useful information that addresses associated accounts in our Terms of Use:
"If a single person is found to have or maintain control over several accounts on DealDash, or if a household or a "group of users associated with each other" is found to have or maintain control over more than two accounts on DealDash, all accounts will be immediately suspended, all auctions the accounts have participated in will be voided, and any Bids purchased will be removed without prior warning and without any form of compensation."
It seems that over the course of a couple of days, multiple DealDash accounts have been created with by you provided information, and thus exceeding the one account per person limit. Additionally, our money-back guarantee is limited to one per person and has therefore been exceed.
Please seize the creation of any new DealDash accounts as you are no longer eligible to use our services or qualify for a refund as per our money-back guarantee.Initial Complaint

DealDash operates on the "pay to participate/bid model" so it's required to first purchase bids. With that said, all customers are entitled to a 100% money back guarantee on their first Bid Pack.
I've gone ahead and issued a reversal for this transaction. From here it depends on the processing speed of your bank. As soon as they update their records, the pending transaction you see now will clear off. Normally, they do this multiple times a day but can vary from bank to bank and may take up to 3-5 business days.

I signed up for DealDash this morning, November 6th 2022, after seeing and ad. I never selected a bid pack or authorized any charges. I was charged $78.00 for a bid pack. I signed up to try out Dealdash and was notified later that I was charged 30$ for bids... Why? I thought they were free for new users but I was wrong. I don't see how charging someone 30$ bids to "welcome" them to the platform is a good welcome. I just wanted to give it a little go but finding out I was charged right out the door, will definitely not be recommending this to my friends.Business Response

I joined deal dash to explore the site as a member. Says it is free to join. I was charged $78 for becoming a member without my knowledge. Its fraud. Its not right.
