Hi. I want to file a complaint about this company with regards to their bidding, auctions, and technical site. I had stressful experiences with this company just recently. I have noticed a lot of what most people call "Robot Bidders", and same people win auctions over and over again. I joined this auction in July of 2023 and stopped participating with bidding around April of 2024. When I went back to bidding this December 25, 2024 until January 1, 2025, I have experienced the absolute worst with them:
1. My account kept freezing,
2. Refreshing on it's own while seeing a red notification appearing on the page that, "No internet connection. You can not connect to DealDash at this time", while all other auctions are running their countdown times properly and my internet connection is just fine,
3. I can not add or type numbers on their add bids box to add more bids to the current auctions that I am participating to that resulted to my lost and lost of thousands of bids,
4. Robot bidders kept raising bids with me that consumes thousands of my bids and bidding on for hours. This is not fair for consumers and is robbing people of their money from purchasing bids.
My user I.D. is the The_Eye_6. I want my full refund of $1,025.61 from all the purchases I have made since December 25, 2024 - January 1, 2025, for the technical issues and errors that happened to my account. I can ship back the few items I won. I don't want those items anymore and I did not spend a lot of money to experience stress and spend my time contacting their customer support several times in less than two weeks. I am not satisfied with the site's technical service and integrity. I want to close my account after receiving my full refund.DealDash, Inc.

Regarding your concerns about ''robot bidders'', DealDash does not have any bot bidders or artifical bids in our auctions. All bids placed in auctions are from real customers like yourself, and the integrity of our auctions has been a top priority for us since we launched back in 2009.
