DealDash is a great auction site. You use DealDash for the things you want and the fun of trying to use strategy to win auctions. In my experience, the items are quality offerings. Most items, that I have won, are better than expected - I have not been disappointed in any item I won. I was surprised that the iPhone and iPad, I won were shipped from Apple these were not reconditioned items. The customer service is A+ and I am impressed with the entire team, whether it is a problem or a question. And DealDash makes contacting customer service very easy with a big button at the bottom of the page, you do not see that on Amazon. The customer service team takes care of any problems you might have. Anyone thinking of using DealDash I can personally say you are safe and it is legit. You do have to buy your bids so use bids wisely.

I have been using Deal Dash since 2011 and that is a long time. I have won some really great items that I have given away as Christmas and Birthday gifts and everyone just loves their gifts. I have gotten many items for the house as well and they are all quality items. Now if I could only win a big item like a car I would be tickled red white and blue. I have been with DDash since 2011 and have had an overall fantastic time. I joined other auction sites before but none of them compared to Dealdash in content, ease of use and the variety of items presented. I have had many auction wins and am always impressed with the quality of the merchandise. This site has the bidder's best interest as first and foremost. They are always coming up with different ways to make the auctions exciting and keeping it fresh. There have been relatively few problems or issues but when addressed with the customer service team the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The customer service provided by DealDash is the best. DealDash is great which is why I continue to be a customer.DealDash, Inc.

I have been with DealDash several months now and have won some amazing stuff. Gift cards galore, jewelry, makeup, knife sets, ect. Exceptional quality. Everything Is delivered, packed so nicely and professional and it gets here quickly. Gift cards have taken a little longer due to the holidays but the digital ones are here within 1-2 days tops. It's fun competing for the products. If you do have a problem or concern, the support staff is so nice and friendly
They fix your problem ASAP.

DealDash has the most awesome Customer Service that I've ever dealt with! If there is an issue, big or small, they go above & beyond what's required to solve it!
Their bidding site is very fun & exciting & they mostly deal with companies that have quality products! I've been bidding since 2014 and still find enjoyment in it!
They really should consider teaching other companies how to value its customers & how to respectfully solve issues that may come up!
I feel like I'm part of their family though so I might be a little partial lol! That's because of how I'm treated!,DealDash, Inc.

I love DD! My only criticization is the level meter should give us bidders an automatic 10 seconds, as we lose seconds on it- which in turn turns into minutes, then hrs,.....! This is most hurtful when bidders don't wait for time to run out- wait 'til 01 on bid clock. Also, sometimes when we bid NO TIME is credited on meter! This happens on regular, 2x & 3x clock counter. This also hits home looking @ the level meter. Mine is over 50 hrs. to fill, which makes it even longer to fill when losing seconds on counter. But still I love DealDash! Tyvm, JohnDealDash, Inc.

Booking with BidBuddy ensures that your full 9 seconds are always added to your Time as Highest Bidder meter, even if other bidders are manually placing bids right after yours!

I have been with DealDash fora number of years. Their products are excellent and should something not be up to their high standard they are quick to make it right. The Customer service is always available and very easy to contact. I have never had a bad experiance with them. I know that this may sound like fluff but this is one company that really does care. For instance. I won a jacket and when it arrived a pocket zipper was broken. I contacted DealDash and they told me to donate the jacket to someone less foutonate. I did and they replace the Jacket at no cost to me. That to me is impressive and and shows compassion. No one will win all the time but should you have a problem they are there to resolve it.
Give them a chance and try DealDash. Use wisdom and realize noone wins every time. Just know they are an hoest company and really do care.
