    I am so impressed with MSP ***************************** The service technician, ****, was very efficient, professional and explained things to me so that I understood. He resolved my problem with complete expertise. I had called a different company who left me confused and gave me a very large estimate. I decided to call MSP and I am so glad that I did. They relieved me of the worry and stress completely. I will most definitely call them again is I need work on my HVAC.

    MSP is fantastic. Their staff is extremely polite, when struggling with the hardest job, they maintain their professional demeanor. They do not try to talk a customer into doing a job, but lay out the facts and let the customer decide.

    Scheduled a tuneup for my furnace. Tech came and told me that my system wasn't working due to no gas voltage getting through to ignite, however, my heat had just been working that morning and previous days. Tech stated he couldn't complete the tuneup but still had to charge me. Also quoted me prices for repairs as well as a whole new furnace. I called someone else for a second opinion and everything is working just fine! They even replaced the batteries on my thermostat and checked my filter, things that MSP didn't do at all. Seems like MSP is just looking for a sale, I don't recommend them.

    Happy with the service and work from *** plumbing and heating.. I like my functional new sink that doesnt leak like my old one. My condo association was pleased that I was proactive in doing this to prevent flooding. Thanks for coming out right away and on time and being so courteous and trustworthy. Have a good day!
