    **** is a first class heating and air conditioning tech. Concentrated on maximizing the efficiency and uncomplicating the maintenance and evaluation of our furnace, water heater, air conditioner and 3 zone smart thermostat system. Very common sense approach and great communicator.

    For our annual furnace inspection, the work seemed thorough, and the report which they gave us looked straightforward. They checked for leaks, poor combustion, and efficiency. They examined the electrical and the air flow. Best of all, they did not try to upset us on any unnecessary services! Great job, MSP!!!

    They did a great job! They were here within the time period that they indicated earlier and within the estimated cost. I like how they labeled the bypass pipes and directions of flow.

    The technician was so thorough and explained everything to be in ******** terms. I signed up for their member program which covers fall and spring checks and reduced rates for other maintenance. He replaced my Aprilaire filter as well.
