    I was so pleased and happy with ***** plumbing work today! Although his main job was to work on connections with my old/new refrigerator, **** did other tasks for me as well. He very kindly gave up some of his own personal time to wait for the new machine since the delivery was late. I cannot say enough about ***** competence, hard work, and generosity!

    Tom ******, the Service Technician from MSP was incredible. I have a home warranty plan and he jumped through all of the hoops to help me. He treated my house with care, put covers down to remove old water heater and wore a mask! I am a customer now for life!
