      I ordered ******** *** series on July 10th my order number is ****** I never received it upon ordering it says please allow 2-4 weeks it's been beyond that time. I tried calling they have no one at customer service you have to leave a message I left one as well as left two online requests. When I called back as if I was going to order someone answered right away when I told her about the problem she just said sorry you have to contact customer service after I told her the problem I asked can I speak to a supervisor she said there wasn't one and that there was no one she could send me too I'm very disappointed with the show that I watch daily and decide to purchase thru and never got my product. I would like to receive what I ordered and for customer service to be just as a customer representative when you order.

      I Ordered on June 24,2022, Two (2) Buckets of Food. Each one was $215.00 Total was $430.00.. never received the Items I Ordered. I’ve Called them they never returned my calls.

      I used my **** **** to order 360$ worth of products from this place. I have reached out several times to their customer service reps. I was told that a full refund will be given to me, and the products would still be sent me to me. The order was placed on February 22nd I believe. And this has been nearly a six month process and I have not seen a refund or a product delivered.
      I just want my money back, and since they said they’d send me the products as well, I’d like those delivered too.
      I have provided emails of where they have said all of this.
      They seem to have no problem saying they will refund the money, they just haven’t done it. And I’ve given them way more than enough time. So I am reaching out for help.
      The **** **** I ordered with is no longer active. So I’ve requested they mail me a check for the $360 for the products I ordered and never received. That didn’t seem to be a problem with them, but they just haven’t sent it.
      On top of all of this, I feel like the BBB should be notified and know what they are doing. I ordered these products for my elderly grandmother who “trusts in this show and what these people stay”. She already doesn’t have much income, so it will be detrimental to her if she lost $360.

      I recently ordered a book from the Jim Bakker Show for $25.00 at ********************************* 65616.  The money was taken from my credit card on June 10, 2022.  But the problem is I never received the book.  I called them and they told me I would have to call customer service, so I guess over a period of days I called them 30 or more times, and never could get an answer.  So I figure I just got scammed.  But maybe if I notify you it maybe will keep someone else from being scammed.

      In December 2021refund refundoduct has a 120 day guarantee, if the patch does not work. It did not help my husband's back pain. I returned the patch on June 17th. It was delivered by the *********** on June 21, 2022 at 7:44AM. The tracking # is ***************************. I have called soo many times. Called on August 1st, July 29th, July 22nd. I called at least 6 times along with sending one email. Their email is *** Bakker show.com. Another phone # is ************. I just want my $150.00 refund...Like I said ,it has a 120 day guarantee if ineffective. THANK YOU SO MUCH !
