      My mom sent your ministry $215 for a 60 day meal that she never received. I contact the money order service and was told that the money order was cashed on 10/20 and deposited to Church Accounts at ***************** I've emailed the company multiple times and received numerous excuses about not having my mom's information in the system. A follow up email from Partner ******* said they found her information and that the vendor providing food is **** weeks behind. They also offered a refund and we replied yes. No response. It has been well past the 10+ weeks. At this point, my mom is requesting a refund of $215 that was sent to this scam show *** Bakker. ***************************** needs to stop scamming seniors.       I am rejecting this response because: Did they provide an address on where the check is being sent too?  I have been going around in circles with this company for months.  According to them a lot of people are being sent checks.  They need to provide more details on when or if it has already been sent out.

      The address that the check is being mailed to is detailed on the copy of the check that was placed in the mail on 02-20-2023. The address stated : ********************* ****************************************************************. A copy of the check was included at the end of the original attached documents. I have attached a new document of the check copy only.

      On November 4, 2022, I ordered the Christmas Book from The Jim Bakker Show. My account was charged $50 for purchase but book never received. I have made several attempts to contact this organization but phone calls never answered. Emails to their Partner customer service line requesting refund only results in a stock response form blaming lack of contact or response on limited staff. This has continued to date as of January 12, 2023. I am requesting a $50 reversal to my credit card.

      I bought two items from the show back in September and never received what I paid for and I want a a total refund I have reached out several times and haven't got my money back yet.

      I ordered 3 books from Jim Bakker in May of 2022. I ordered a DVD during the summer. It is December and I still have not received my products. I have tried to call REPEATEDLY, I have e-mailed them and they do not respond. They took my money immediately, but no service. Now, no one answers customer service. The only number that answers is the number to take NEW orders and they say they have no access to previous orders. I would like my products or a quick refund. 7 months of waiting is RIDICULOUS. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE either. Buyer beware!

      Purchased high protein diet books on 2/28/22 advertised on their show - order no **********. Went to my kidney doctor who said I could not go on this diet. Books were never opened and I returned them. I have a ** ****** ******* receipt. Called their customer service who acknowledged receipt of books and said a refund would be issued. Eight months and numerous phone calls later and no refund has been issued. Books were $110.00.
       
      Could you please help me get my refund as I am 73 yrs.

      I purchased $2900 **** generator on Feb 2, 2022. I have not received it as Sept 9, 2022. It has been paid for on my **** card. I have tried to reach their customer service at least 6-8 times and have not had any contact with them. They do not return your call. I am very disappointed and feel that something illegal is going on !!!!!!

      Complaint taken over the phone by the H363137**3238313831H Staff Charged account for $70.00 on August 2, 2022 for 2 of the same products. I asked for a receipt to my email and they said they don&#**;t do that. They told me they can&#**;t give me a time when I will receive the products. I have tried contacting them and no one picks up the phone.

      On july 7 I order a book, to date I have not gotten it. I have tried for the past 3 weeks to get any kind of answer but so far have had no reply. This is not the first time I have had to wait too long for delivery but it will be my last.

      I placed an order (Order #******) on July 20. Funds were taken from my account on that day, but I have never received my order and they will not respond to my emails.
