An agent from the company called me and was very pushy of the services they were offering. The contact numbers that were given to me were incorrect and after calling 10 different numbers, I was finally able to get a hold of someone. I let them know that they charged my account without permission and they said, "yes we already have your money". I had informed them when I gave my payment info to them that I would first need to talk with my husband before they charge my account. This situation has been frustrating, and I would like the $179 they charged me back.Business Response

This company acquired my phone number at the beginning of 2024. They then began calling me repeatedly, multiple times a day, from multiple different phone numbers for MONTHS. I told them over and over again to stop calling me and take my phone number off the list and they did not listen. I finally got them to stop calling at some point in 2024. Now in 2025, they have begun calling again! Multiple times a day, from multiple different phone numbers. I have attached a screenshot of just SOME of their phone numbers that I have blocked so far. I've spoken with them a few times again this year, telling them to take me off their list and stop calling me, but they continue to call. At this point it's harassment.Initial Complaint

09/23/2024 Was charged on two new credit cards totalling $20799 , at 30% interest each . We believed we signed for a bank loan with 15% interest or less according to ****** ******** as he ran our credit application that does not say credit card anywhere. When we got home in the mail was two credit card bills with $10399 or each bill totalling $20799. Falsely lead to the purchase of this timeshare. ****** ******** ended up being out contact person and she stated that it was a third party porchase and we are stuck with it , But for $1750 we can pay to get rid of it but we still have to pay the 2 credit cards that they opened up and placed the purchase on against our knowledge.We are requsting for Nantucket Lifetime Destination to refund the two credit cards and to take back the Timeshare at no extra cost. We were never told that the trade of our ************* would cost us as part of the trade by another company they perform this trade in. I paid for a vacation package , but when I attempted to make a reservation the reservation number only had a recording ,then the welcome center said they would take it to the reservation manager and he would call me a k which never happened.Business Response

I was told that I could cancel and be refunded at any time by the original person I spoke with. After that part of the conversation they went to a recorded line. Now due to health issues beyond our control we are not able to travel. They refused to refund us any part of our money. Their solution is to extend it to a 3-year travel window which does not work with the current situation, This place is a scam. All it is is they are trying to pay for their fancy timeshare place that they want you to look at! They are rude. They do not communicate well. They lie!!!. I purchased a travel package with this company. One of the restrictions was my wife and I must show up and show drivers license that shows the same address. And that the $178.84 was non-refundable. That was not a problem. It was purchased on Feb. 7, 2024. However, my wife died on 6/22/2024. Called the company and told them about this and all they would say is I would have to have someone go with me from my address and that it was on their drivers license or transfer the package to someone else. I feel that this was an unusual circumstance and I should be refunded this money.Business Response
