      I called to browse packages for Christmas vacation. I spoke with *** ***** at first and when I said I did not want to provide any payment information, the phone was given to a supposed manager named ***. *** continued to pressure the sale and I told her I needed to talk with my husband first. She insisted she be placed on hold while I spoke with my husband. When I returned to the call, I purchased with the intention that she would be sending package detail information upon payment. It was never sent. That was at 10am my time. I then contacted *** again to ask about my package details being sent to me. They told me it would take 48 hours before the information would be sent to me, but that someone would be reaching out to reserve my hotel stay. I was then contacted by ****. **** ensured me that the hotel originally promised wasnt available since there were 2 adults and 3 children attending, all of whom *** knew would be attending, as she offered the ************* for a family of 5. I asked again for the package details be sent as **** was trying to book a hotel *** tells me I would be able to book myself. **** sent me an email without any information on the details of the package listed. I called back and informed **** of this and that this was turning into a headache and requested a refund. **** then told me he would send to his manager and it would take 2 weeks for them to review the call. I asked to speak to a manager today and **** was very rude and told me that no one was available and that he doesnt know where they went to. But he asked his manager not even 15 mins prior about 5 people staying at the ******* and that he was mistaken. **** then proceeded to hang up on me after I called them a scam and continued to ask for upper management. It has not even been 24 hours that I paid ****** and it already is a nightmare! I could only imagine what it would have been like upon arriving there from 4 1/2 hours away! They refuse to answer my calls! Unprofessional!

      Very knowledgable with awesome service and advice when planning our trip to Branson. Very timely responses in returning my call if she was not available when I called. She made planning our trip very easy.
