      I just had the pleasure of talking to ******* (Will) ****** and he was not only kind and patient he helped me with my computer issue so we could schedule. I always appreciate hard working people and it makes my heart happy when it is someone young. The biggest compliment I can give someone of his nature is GENUINE. You are lucky to have him work for you and I am lucky to have such a nice young man help me!! Thank you, **** *******

      ******* ****** worked to set up my schedule for shows...he was patient, informative, and met all our requests without any hard sales.

      ***** seemed to try his best to answer my questions while reserving my vacation. He had to aske a supervisor many times because he didnt know the answers. They overcharged me for my travle insurance. It stated one amount in my agreement but I was charged slightly more. I also stated several times that I was traveling with a friend and needed 2 queen beds as well as a pet friendly room. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and was told that I was booked for a room with 1 king bed and pets were NOT allowed in that room! Fortunately the hotel staff were willing to help with the issue.I did appreciate that they did not use high pressure sales tactics during or after the presentation and my trip was a good value.

      ******* ****** was very helpful I was able to get a great deal at one of the 8 star hotels with no hesitation he had so much patience I didnt have my card info handy he waited patiently on hold while I retrieve the card numbers .i would like to give a shout out to him hes awesome
