      BEWARE. They are somehow tied to a timeshare type of a tour. They give you a good deal but you only get the deal if you take 2 hours (more like 3 hours) to *************.

      I would have put a ZERO if it had let me. VACATIONER BEWARE! They get you to agree before telling you about the 2 hour time share tour. Then you get sucked in. Then it was 2 weeks before our trip that I find out this tour can only take place on the ONE Saturday during our vacation and they wont book the time until your arrival. So if you are trying to make plans, you basically have to leave your entire day open for the 2 hour time share tour. There was no apologizing when I called to cancel. So now they have my money and I have to make other arrangements so we can enjoy our vacation.

      I think everything you said is true the worst customer service at the welcome center l ever experience one lady was truly helpful the other one was rude as can be the place they give me to stay was horrible l checked out and found another hotel l wouldn't let my dog stay in that ***** hotel what a joke you can't honestly think people will buy in your plans good luck to you

      I purchased a package with Branson Travel Group with a bonus vacation to the ***********. I used my vacation in Branson in Nov of 2022. I was told I had 18 months to use my bonus vacation. I called the company to set up a day to the Gufl Shores. They proceeded to tell me that the code that keeps reading expired is not their issue, They referred me to Redeem My vacations, they then referred me back to Branson Travel Group, they once again told me they couldnt help me. Asked me if i valadated my bonus vacation and I did. They then told me to call back Redeem My Vacations, so I did,, Same thing they couldnt figure out why Branson Travel Group kept sending them to them. They are not the ones who issued me the bonus vacation. Branson Travel Group did and they did me wrong and i would never recommend them to anyone. They could have just saved me alot of time, time and more time and pulled up all the emails. I had already forwarded them to Redeem My Vacations. They were saddened and felt my frustration from The Branson Travel Group. I would definetly let it be known that if you want to see or travel to another timeshare establisment I would not waste your time on Branson Travel Group. They do not care for their customers and they will scam you out of a bonus vacation if they can.

      I wanted a refund cause I was not allowed to bring my 3 dogs with me, they only allow 2 dogs in the hotels. I was also told my dogs would cost me $45 per night per dog which to me is crazy I would pay more for dogs to stay than my family. When I ask for a refund thats when I found out it was non-refund there was a lot of other run arounds.
