    They send a letter saying your factory warranty is up and your in danger of costly repairs. I have 6000 miles on my truck. Obviously scare tactics. I would never buy from a company scandless like this.

    NOT A REAL COMPANY. Asking for my debit/ credit over the phone and $500. I asked if it was a scam company and he got SUPER rude like well you called me and I said yeah ** you MAILED ME to call you.

    They gave me a very reasonable on a valuable warranty, I feel protected and sleep better at night. The finance manager ***** gave me options and helped me figure out the best one for my budget.

    Absolutely shady and dishonest business practices. We received a letter in the mail, of what appeared to be Jeep branding, with our information, saying that it was URGENT to give them a call. It looked When we got on the phone with ***********************, the finance manager, she pressured us into to signing up for a brand new policy because the one that we were currently on was expiring and that it was urgent. She supposedly had gotten us a better deal, and when we realized within a few minutes after the call that Athena was a third party and not Jeep, we called back in less than 15 minutes to demand to cancel and have the policy refunded. We were told that ***** was on a call and that the company was closing in 7 minutes and well have to call the customer care on Monday to get it addressed. Completely dishonest and taking advantage of people. Maybe Athenas a real company, but its one that does business in a dishonest way, and wants to find anyway to get your money but then have an excuse when its time to refund or pay the money back.

    This is a SCAM they wouldnt let me cancel and they insisted so much on the warranty really bad place for your vehicle and in fact if your car is very reliable your dont need any warranty **********************

    Hi *********,Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. I looked up your account and reviewed the calls. Our agent cancelled the policy the same day you called and let you know it was cancelled. When you called back in we had another agent tell you it was already cancelled. I'm not sure where the confusion came from but I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

    Scam!! Do not call them. Athena Protection post card came in the mail 3 months after I purchased my brand new car. I had every waranty you can think of added to my new car when I purchased it. I called the number on the card and the lady was very pushy, demanding and would not let me hang up when I tried to state the facts. She was basically telling me I was wrong on all information I know to be true of what I have on my new car. I ended up hanging up on her.

    After spending a few weeks talking to different companies and doing research I bought a policy from Athena Protection a little over a year ago. Despite all the good reviews online for them and their administrator online I was still skeptical. I have just heard horror stories about car warranties. I had to file a claim for $1884.00 on my 2017 ****** Camry a few weeks ago and it was a approved in less than an hour. I will do business with them on future vehicles as well.
