      They ignore people on purpose. That must be the case because I can never get a hold of anybody on the phone. I was told I did not fill out my student loan application paperwork correctly, but that is not true. They told me I don't qualify because I have not provided evidence of my full-time employment, which is not true. I have tried calling without luck to fix their mistake and they refuse to answer.Absolute joke of an organization. They and the people who work there should be ashamed of themselves.

      Check out fb reviews-so so many furious customers. Fed Loan transferred my loans to them-it has been nothing but trouble, zero customer service, hours on hold-literally hours-you CANNOT get a rep. They dont have two applications that *** **** acknowledges I sent i June-they are missing over 60 of my payments-this company is a joke

      My loans have been transferred from *************** to mohela. First it took a month to see my loans and now I cant reach anyone to speak to regarding my loans. Theres no customer service, Ive been on hold to speak to someone for three hours. This is very bad customer service. *** tried to call them for a month already and no one is picking up after waiting for hours. I need to know whats going on with my loans!!!!! If I could give 0 starts I would.

      Not as good as MyFedLoan. Cannot reach anyone. When my loans switched over, I did speak to someone to do my yearly PSLF recertification but now, nothing is being applied. Cannot reach anyone. Would prefer to go back to MyFedLoan, if possible. MOHELA told me that my recertification would be updated in October. Here we are...Oct. 27th and nothing! Very unprofessional. I'm not sure how a federal loan company operates with no employees answering question or resolving issues. I wonder if it's just a scam. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. I would love to speak to the media to see what the company has to say about it. At least we would get some sort of response or update. I'm not applying for PSLF, I am just recertifying smh. The federal government should have all my info if nothing has changed!!!

      Even giving MOHELA a 1 star is reaching. I would give zero stars if possible. It feels like this company is non-existent since you cannot reach anyone over the phone. I would be concerned that this company is under investigation for fraud. Good luck if you ever get a response from anyone. This company is HORRIBLE! Stay Away at all costs!

      My federal student loans were transferred to Mohela and now I cant even get someone from there on the phone. I think I am done with PSLF after submitting documentation to fedloan in April. Fed loans took forever in processing because of allowing things they previously didnt so they got backed up and wouldnt give me an update on my PSLF status. I called today and they said Mohela is now handling my loans. I then called Mohela to get an update on if my PSLF is complete and I couldnt even get anyone on the phone. I am not feeling confident in my new student loan servicing company. Probably they dont realize this affects peoples lives and planning.

      My loan was transferred to this company. I am attempting to call them to ask questions regarding my loan and ask questions about PSLF waiver before I submit the form. The call took me through multiple automated screens until it said that there was no representative available after 30 minutes. Then the call hung up on its own. It should at least put me on hold or give a timeframe for when a representative will give a call back.

      I would give this zero stars if I could. My PSLF application was received by Mohela on 8/26/2022 as confirmed by my **** tracking number. I have had zero communication from them since then. I tried registering for their website and wasn't allowed to because it says they don't have my information so they haven't even processed my application yet and it's nearly Halloween. Tried calling their customer service several times and can't get through. Completely unprofessional. I won't be surprised if they end up with a class action lawsuit against them.

      They're all wrong by top Executives who don't believe in the telephone they don't answer questions and they never inform loan borrowers about new updates they constantly remain secretive and therefore we deserve a poor rating if not going out of business all together. Maybe the exact should pay off the student loans instead of the ones that have all of our money and we're paying their taxes for them

      If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. MOHELA took over my loans that I have been paying on, making ELIGABLE payments for student loan forgiveness as I have been a full time law enforcement officer for the last decade. I was 6 qualifying payments away from total forgiveness, however once I finally received a response from MOHELA after they began as the new servicer, I was informed that I did not qualify because I didn't have an "eligible loan type". HOWEVER HAD been eligible apparently for the last 114 QUALIFYING MONTHS! OH and no way to actually speak with them on the phone. SOOO...not sure what to do at the moment.
